Har set pe weight badhana hey yah har hapte weight badhana hey.. like main 15 kn pe pehela set 15 rep ka mara next set ke utna he rakh na hey yah badhana hey… If badhaunga toh 15 rep nahin nikalte ..

When you say 4 sets with 15 reps. It means, 4 sets at same weight? Or increase it after each set.. confused little bit..
