  10. If you're looking for more structured workouts, I found a site called Heygainz that has a ton of exercises and tips to help you out. It really helped me when I was trying to diversify my training.

  29. Just started on some of the workouts and my arms and upper back were throbbing the next day! It hurt so bad but I also have worked out in like 10 years so I’m excited to get back into it. I want the same body as you have. That’s my goal.
