  10. My way to get bulletproff abs-

    1. i have my boxing buddies throw 8-15 kilo medicine ball from above while im laying flat on the floor

    2. (do this if you can do step 1) I'll tell my friend to throw crosses with an 8 kilo med ball 10-20 times on my stomach while im glued to the wall …it works both his punching power drills and I can work on my ability to take bodyshots as well ….

    Screaming at the moment of the impact helps …
