Chest Workout | Get Bigger & Stronger



Doing this session + one of my tricep workouts = a bigger and happier you 🥲

If you aren’t concerned w/ strength on bench, just increase the reps from 3×5 to 3×8-10 w/ 3+ mins rest. Still a good idea to keep it on the “heavier” end of the spectrum since the rest of the session is a blast of higher volume sets. Make sure to rest fully between those bench sets!

    Breathe when you are lifting weights especially when you are going heavy. Never hold your breath

    Not seen that half way pause movement.. wonder what dr mike would say. "Pointless fatigue" is what i imagine hed say

    This was an excellent workout. 2015 I tore my labrum and haven’t benched really in 9 years and kept strictly w dumbbells bc bench just hurt my shoulder. In a few weeks ago I started benching again and the bench segment of this workout was phenomenal bc of the flow of it from top down (after a good mobility + push up/lower weight up)

    So 3 heavy, 2 sets lighter, and then 2 sets of pause bench. So 7 sets of flat bench total?
