Improving your flexibility doesn’t have to be complicated! 😵💫
The biggest issue most people face who struggle to see any progress is a lack of consistency, which isn’t helped by a somewhat overwhelming array of with options, methods, techniques and stretches you could try. How many posts do you have saved which you’ve not actually got round to trying? 🤔🙈
So just keep it simple.
Here’s 3 simple stretches which target MANY muscles all in one go. Spending just a few minutes on each of these, 3 times per week, is enough consistency to get results!
So if you’ve fallen off a bandwagon, or simply want to get started with improving your flexibility – don’t overthink it! Start small, start simple. Take 10 minutes out of your morning and not only will you get those results, you’ll feel SO much better for your day ahead 🥰
