  2. My muscles are larger than him and I do that exact kind of exercise I'm living proof that it is not correct in fact I went from 20 to 25 to 30 to 35 lb each on each side this is bad advice you should remove it

  10. My opposide side of the elbos is always hurt for a few days after training biceps, any idea as to why?

  14. Im having this issue, even with incredibly light weights, (5-20kg, weights that i can easily wrist curl etc) the slow controlled lowering them i can do. But I cannot generate that force at the start of the movement without swinging.
    Should i just practice doing it with an extra few sets of it at an incredibly low weight or start over from 5kg?

  20. Biceps' main function is supination and you're not even acknowledging it lmfao

  21. I train for strength mainly. I like to keep use my elbows as a fulcrum as I keep everything above it as parallel to my body as possible. It really helps with dialing in on the biceps as it forces me to control every movement.
