Dumbbell only TRICEP WORKOUT!



Here’s a dumbbell only tricep workout for you to try! I highly recommend it if you’re ever limited on equipment, it’s a burner 🔥

Full Workout:

Extensions- 4×12
Kickbacks- 4×12
Skullcrushers- 3×12
Hex press- 3×12
Pushups- 3xMAX

This targets all 3 parts of your tricep (Long/Lateral/Medial head) and gives you a great pump. Try it out and let me know how it goes! #Shorts

    It’s so hard to build my triceps off the dumbbell purely. Cable and bars and barbells just hit different. Doing dumbbells feels alright but the tension from a cable really hits different
