    What if I only feel pain in my shoulders during bench? Despite keeping good form (arch back, shoulders rolled back, contracted scapula, proper bar path)?

    Thing to understand and many "sport pain" videos mislead you: If you see supra- or infraspinatus are the cause of pain, you do not start to train em. That can give you 1.5-2 y sick leave if not working with professional but a video instructions. When muscle and tendons are warm in training, pain disappears and you can do more damage. I have done this mistake. Reason is technique, your position when doing anything and cure is there. Muscle imbalance leads to bad position, our habits to sit with phone or PC and shoulders front. 1st heal pain and inflammation and remember to move (avoid frozen shoulder). You will not need weights right after that.

    I got shoulder pains from weight lifting to the point where I couldn't sleep without hurting. I had to take 2 straight weeks off for it to feel better. I need to stretch more

    I done the test and had the issue …
    But after doing the stretch band this made my other issue worse… Which is when i practice punching forward my arm feels loose & uncontrolled!…
    .. Ive just recently started gaining a small amount of control back & this stretch back exercise took it. All away…
    And it did also hurt the shoulder a bit when holding for 5 seconds on the outer shoulder ball area .
    Anyone know what this means…

    Can we continue training our rear delt with these?
    As, external rotation exercises give additional fatigue to my shoulders.
