    I plan to do 3 times a week with dumbbell and I will choose light cardio for my rest days
    We will see after a week

The timer, the next step, what muscles I should be feeling working and the workout itself is great for a beginner like me but I've only been doing this a week and I'm already increasing my weights (carefully) and can see and feel a difference already.   14. I suffer from chronic nerve pain and three years ago I couldn’t do this video. It’s January 22 2025 and I’ve came along way with my body movements. Unfortunately what I have is permanent but I’m determined to move regardless. I now know how to adjust to manage some. I’m very happy that your still here jo and I do what I can it’s better than not doing something. I give glory to God for allowing me to get through this difficult journey and I thank and praise God for a lovely person like Jo to make these videos. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed my friend!   24. I will take a 2 weeks challenge and update on my weight –
    Day 1- done
    Current weight – 55 kgs
    Day 2 – done ( plus 40 mins strength training)
    Day 3 – done (plus 15 mins abs)
    Day 4 – done (I just checked my weight before working out and it was 53.9 kgs)
