Love this workout. I have always worked out but not always consistent. However, only a year away from my 60s and I want to remain as independent as I am now. Your workouts are so enjoyable. Hope your surgery went well.π
Thank you, Jessica, for your clarity and positivity! I really appreciate your videos!
I love the narration on functional strength. My goal is to set my body up for movement and strength in my 70s. π Thank you!
This was the most enjoyable dumbbell workout for me. Iβm just getting back into my fitness journey and this was absolutely perfect, thank you!
Follow you daily. Flew last night and no problem heaving that carryon into and out of the overhead. β€
β€
Do I need sneakers on?
Is this workout safe for Prolase
This is really good. Iβm recovering and appreciate movement and keeping strength as Iβm 40+ Iβm also a single mom so the length is perfect.
How would you go about exercise when you have overactive traps? Iβm scared to do anything overhead (like shoulder press), or even rows, because I donβt want to make them worse. Iβm also 5 months post partum and struggling to get back into a good routine π Iβm doing all kinds of workouts but they feel all over the place. My body feels foreign.
How many pounds do you use for each dumbbell?
Always great! Hope all is well with you! You make all our lives better-
ππ
Thank you, enjoyed this. Started back in the gym alongside doing this to strengthen body with ms.
This is perfect! Thank You so much! β€
Thank you Jessica, LoveU
Thank you Jessica, I got my cousin to join me today. We loved this workout. My thoughts are with you. β€
Love this video. Perfect for us older gals. Good luck with your upcoming surgery. Wishing you a speedy recovery β€
You look so tiny in this video, I mean very skinny. I hope and pray everything goes well with your surgery. You are facing your problems with such a positive attitude itβs inspiring. Itβs making me face my fear of getting my first mammogram especially seeing how doing so is saving you. Thank you for everything you do itβs helped me stay motivated to work out daily which is hard.
Should I be doing lunges, coming up on to toes or anything where my toes are bent with hallux rigidus? It's not that I'm unable to, but I do not know if I should be. Will it help or hinder the problem? Advice welcome. Thank you π
Is anyone here using Unlimited and could help me decide whether to get it or not? I saw a clip from today's workout on Jessica's Instagram, and it looked great, but I was surprised she's silent through the whole clip. I find the talking distracts me in a positive way when working out, so does anyone know if she speaks less on the Unlimited workouts? Thanks in advance for any answers!
Great video! So nice to have a feasible weight lifting exercise routine. Praying for full recovery and healing.
Hiya, How long do you suggest to walk at start? Also, do you do reps ( if so, how many) with squats, lunge, arms, etc? I just followed you today with 2 lb dumbbells. Dealing with osteoporosis, 4th stage DDD thruout cervical- lumbar, exercise ( including walking) really is painful. Needed low impact to keep it going, thank you! You look amazing! π
This is the first time Iβve ever worked out with weights. Thank you for running me through the basics. I will be sure to keep doing this.
