It also has an element of cardio and core moves that will increase your calorie burn. We target the whole body with this workout including your legs (hamstrings, quadriceps and calves), glutes (glute minimus, glute medius and gluteus Maximus) your chest, arms (shoulders, biceps and triceps), back and core (abs). Guys is this supposed to be a whole workout or just a part of it?
Just got cleared to workout again post surgery, but have to ease in. Cant do upper just yet, so thankful for modificaitons and body weight excercises. Glad I found you!
