  9. is this the same rules with Eddie Hall 500kg lift ?

  10. You can notice that in 2019 Hafthor grip was wider (that's becouse he probably had bigger belly and his legs position had to be wider). But today he don't seem to has this problem anymore so 501 kg deadlift without suit could be real.

  13. I feel like this exactly is how it will go for him with the elephant bar again. It’s a bit too early for him. But he will def get 501-505kg later this year in his next comp after AC.

  14. The 470 did not look fast/easy enough. I don't think he will get 501.

  15. it shows how fake his supposed 501 lift was where hia dad counted the weight. if he did it so easily why is he having trouble with the weight now that it is official. 🤔🙄

  20. Not to take anything away but isnt the flex in this bar very advantageous compared to a stiff one on such a lift ?
