    lol, I’ve built my 6 pack at 17 while in boarding school, still have it today at 46yrs old, just not as toned. It’s not that hard with a little discipline. I’ve been doing the intermittent fasting for almost 2 years and dropped almost 30lbs…

    Then the truth is steroids. You need sleep to keep and grow muscles, lack of 7-8 hours sleep will boost cortisol level and reduce positive hormones for muscle growth, you won’t achieve it naturally. Any muscular guy with a low body fat ratio claiming a daily sleep less than 6 hours is a lier who takes drugs.

    i dont think i believe this dude. pretty sure you would consistently lose weight quickly if you eat one meal a day and nothing else. it would be hard for a big dude to get enough calories that way

    it is not healthy to be shredded year round, i am interesting how this guys will be in their 50‘s. The people in the blue zones live totally different and getting 100 in a healthy way. They have an actice, but stressless Life and they enjoy their time.

    if you don’t eat you ain’t gonna maintain a good body shape too…so you can intermittent fast all you want but that 1 meal better be enough for your body to recover. But it sounds like he’s starving with caffeine and then eats chicken, steak at night. Plus he’s tall and looks quite lean too + lifts weight. How can he only consume once a day with coffee to 🔥 throughout the day. It would give a normal person gastric or bowel pain in long run. With that height you need way more calories than 1 plate of protein if wanna maintain them muscles
