    I been doing calves daily for a month and they grew half inch bigger already. You have to add weight and also you have to hold the stretch part of the exercise to maximize gains

    Better to do 333 calf raises with 100lb weight every alternate day. And lots of stretching, foam rolling on the rest day

    Hey actually have a idea if you want to grow your calves do these do cakves raises on on leg and add some weight to you like a bag full of books or weights or water bottles and you come up fast and then you go down do ×15 for 30 days and your calves will grow more
