    Bhai jefferson curl laga rha h ki deadlift 😂, btw backbone ki tips to sabne dedi magar grip placement me bhi dhyaan de bhai agar alternate grip use krta hai to har rep me interchange kr liya kr nhi to long run me muscle imbalances ke chances hote hai , nahi to full overhand grip use kiya kr.
