  2. Jay really knows his stuff. I just try to keep in mind that Jay is on gear. I have never been juiced and never will. All of his technique and form is absolutely on point, so my takeaway is that my results will NEVER be like Jay's.

  9. Are these underhand grips dangerous to your biceps with the heavier weighta

  10. literally covers everything. close supinated grip vertical pull for lats for width. pronated grip horizontal pull for whole back including erectors and traps for thickness. neutral grip pull for the brachioradialis growth and elbow health. back day best day!

  13. I feel like I get too much bicep engagement with a supinated grip. I usually change it up to try and see what happens with DOMs

  32. I defintely will agree that close grip rows and underhand pull ups/lat pulldowns are the two most effective and confortable styles of those movements
