Maybe weighted dips were the reason you have a tear in your rotator! Never done dips and my chest looks like if I have implants

Btw studies show: You get the same chest activation on incline just as with flat but with the Addition of upper chest and shoulders. So normal presses arr not really needed, just do incline variations
