  2. Brilliant video. Coming back after months of crippling sciatica and I need these as a daily practice. Thank you.

  3. DO NOT share your email with this guy for receiving his ‘non-existence’ weekly news letter!!! Otherwise your inbox will start to be filled with tons of junk mails from him or others trying to see you stuff!!! He is a salesman before anything!!!

  4. I've been doing what I call a pelvic tilt which was taught to me years ago by a Physio (PT) after a lower back injury from MVA. I don't slip my hand under my spine. I just keep knees bent, pelvic tilt into the floor with a 5-10 sec holding. Typically 8 seconds.
I'm going to modify and add the head curl. Is it more beneficial to do one side at a time as youre doing here with the use of your hand? Or is the hand just to teach people how to get that muscle contraction properly? Tia

  5. This is a great set of abdominal exercises. Will keep them in my playlist. ❤

  11. always a pleasure to watch your video

  12. I love your videos, but science backed is really illegitimate as a claim, because, as we all know, the half-life of truth in science is a split second. so these are "science-backed" until they are shown to not be useful and replaced by the very next "science-backed" exercise…

  13. I'm 79 and recovering from a fall after my ladder tipped over when I was doing yardwork. I already exercised (aerobic and resistance) quite often and that — combined with 16 sessions of physical therapy — helped a lot with my recovery. After some searching, I came across your excellent series and adopted many of the routines you describe. Thanks so much! Your explanations and demonstrations are very clear and practical, and I continue to improve. I'll include many of them in my daily routine with or without a full recovery. 🌹

  14. I love that these can be done at home without any equipment. Makes it so much easier to stay consistent.

  16. For the curl up, I’m tucking my chin and I’m feeling like I’m working the front of neck muscles. Is that normal.

  27. Hi Will,
Thank you for this video and many others. I have a friend who has a weak core and I am going to share this video and do these exercises with her.
Mostly, I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your (muscular young man’s) care and compassion for us “oldies” (56 yo female here). Lastly, I watch other videos (lifestyle, shopping and finance related) and they are constantly “hounding” viewers to subscribe but upon watching one video (can’t remember) you emailed me an exercise video. Thank you for your generosity, care, compassion and understanding of our stage of life. I started personal training to gain 5lbs of muscles and luckily no need to shed fat ( 5 foot 2/ 47 kg) goal is to also increase bone density, broaden shoulders, 6 pack abdomen and protruding glutes.

I will continue using your exercises at home while being personal trained at the gym. Also will be sure to tell my friends about your videos.

Thank you again from the bottom of my heart, Will. Kep up the good work and God bless you, your family and business ❤

    Susanna from Canada
