  1. Im confused….i keep seeing things that say you are supposed to develop strength through the full range of motion (including a rounded spine). Are you saying that people over 50 shouldnt do things like jefferson curls for full body mobility?

  4. Мy mom has been doing your exercises since 2013! She died yesterday at the age of 82. I don’t know if your recommendations affected her life expectancy.. But your exercises allowed her to be active, live with pleasure and visit the doctor infrequently. and, of course, she was not lying down, there was no nurse caring for her! thank you for this, for your work)

  11. Is there a table like you all use in the videos that you would recommend? It looks like a standard massage table. I am not able to get down on the floor any longer until I get back in better shape so a table like that would be great to have

  15. Stay active people. 50s are not old at all. Just keep moving.

  16. You write aboute people after 50 but show people around 70. Twenty years are too much.

  17. Get that poor guy off the table for the bird dogs. You say verbally to do them on a floor, etc, and then show him doing them on a soft surface with his wrists flexed way back. That absolutely kills the wrists if they have any issues, which most folks over 50 probably do. MY PT tried to make me to do bird dogs on a treatment table like that and I was like, oh hell no. Got down on their carpeted floor to do them, and told them why. Love my bird dogs, and usually love your channel but that's a miss right there. I know you'd have to change the camera angle but you should take the time to do it.

  20. Not everyone watching this understands body mechanics and will try your exercises exactly as shown. If I did some of them, I would get hurt. So, although I really appreciated your demonstration, I urge people to use caution.

  21. I need to find a version of "superman" that I can do, I can't put pressure on my wrists. Any suggestions from anyone are appreciated.

  24. You lost me with the first recommendation. I am nearly 60 and can still do a forward bend with a straight back. Age doesn ´t define youre mobility, lack of exercise and lazziness does.

  31. I'm 60 and can easily put my head to my knees standing or sitting.

  32. This is a great video! I'm 50 and love to workout but I don't want to do anything that will cause problems as I grow older. I almost didn't watch this because there are so many exercise videos on YT and some of them are crap and would cause injury. This is very informative and helpful! Keep more of these coming for people in 50+ category. Subscribing.

  34. Never show anything that shouldn't be done. Studies show 1/2 of the time that's what people remember…

  35. Last year a very simple exercise raptured my upper arm muscle to more than 50 % . The pain came the next day not the day I did that exercise. It was putting the fingertips on each side on each shoulder and rotating the then folded arms forward and backward . That was enough to get hurt. After eight months it is still not completely healed without surgery.

  38. I'm 65 and I do all the exercises you warned about in my 1 hour plus of yoga per day. I never go beyond pain or discomfort. I have CMT and I have stayed away from doctors and physical therapists and that is why I am still able to do what I do. I have seen so many others with CMT destroy there bodies with the recommendations of their doctors and now they are unable to walk.
