    I remember when I was 20 years and tried to do that routinte. And obviously i couldn't, but today, 4 years after I can do at least 1 of this routine complete and the right way.

    I just started and i'm 16 yrs.
    What if i don't have the arm strength to do the rest.
    I'm only able to do the regular push-ups afrter that, my arm just can't do the rest.

    Tengo 41 años y. Llevo dos veces haciéndolo y no terminó ni la segunda ronda me quedo a mitad sin contar que yo no se flotar, eso vendra con el tiempo, supongo … Ánimo. Volveré a este comentario cuando termine las tres rondas.
