1. Barbell Bench Press – Warm up, then go all in.
2. Incline Dumbbell Press – Finish with a brutal dropset.
3. Push-Ups – Chest to floor. Burn-out set. No excuses.
4. Upward Dumbbell Chest Flyes – Stretch it. Squeeze it. Control it.
5. Cable Crossover Flyes – Final dropset. Leave nothing behind.

    Who the f*** does he think he is talking to? Some pretty good info overall but delivery is unnecessary. The warm-up is crazy for anyone over 40 yo for sure. No time under tension for him I see. Good exercise programming though. I'd like to see the "Upward Chest Fly" with cables instead for constant tension. But again, good programming overall. Tone and delivery is wild though.
