    No, but you have to work the pectorals from all angles to stimulate all the fibers. It's a big muscle.

    Definitely interested in the decline bench press. I experience a lot of pain in my shoulder during flat barbell bench press. If the decline helps with that pain, I’m all for it!!

    Sincere question from an older guy… I have a bench and dumbbells at home but no straight bar. Is there much of a difference? Should i get a bar as well. Im 60 yrs old and just looking to stay moderatly fit. Preessing with 55 lb dumbbells.
