  8. Very clear, helpful directions! As a child I took ballet & loved it bc the teacher focused on those tiny adjustments that made a huge difference. I see that same precision on your videos. The opposite of that was the horrible physical education (what an erroneous title!) classes in school. Thanks!

  13. "Just take a few moments to sit on your heals". Really? I could do the harder stretch. This one makes my knees feel like they are going to explode.
