The day I’ll be as flexible as this video is when they place me in a pine box at the funeral directors.
Excellent communication skills bro , you inspire me to become a better coach 😊
Hey Daniel, is it okay feeling fatigue in the front foot while doing the lunge stretch? And I feel my back foot's quads stretch like crazy at the start but soon it starts to feel normal in the 5-6 rep and then the fatigue on my front foot becomes so much that I am not able to do the stretch more than that.
Pls tell me is it alright or I am doing something wrong
Shouldn’t the side split flexibility also be included?
Stop the self limiting believes
What does "the flexibility demands a lower" mean? (regarding bridges with feet on bench for beginners). What's a lower?
Thank u very much
Something for the hamstrings would be great as well.
If I haven't permanently injured my right wrist joint I'd keep pushing myself through convict calisthenics bridge progressions.
Nowadays I can't even do the Yoga cobra stretch with this weak ass wrist.
well i have a long way to go, i do theese strecthes 3 times a week, and the bridge is the hardest:(
Hello my friend, I arrived today on your channel and I am loving your content. Greetings from Brazil.
You look just like Legrand Wolf 🐺
Anyone who wants to stretch out the hamstrings with this method… I'm already pretty flexible in my hamstrings… Yet I run a lot and do INTENSE training… After my training.. I will grab a foot stool (plyometric box would be better)… then grab a lighter weight . I use my 20lb. Kettlebell… I will slowly lower until I feel a good stretch then hold for 10 seconds.. and so 5 sets . Then I will slightly bring one foot back and do isolation… with these I just go down slowly and just a brief pause.. also 5 sets… Had worked GREAT to loosen up my hamstrings… And lower back😊
If you could know how much you have done for me at 59. Forever grateful…❤
I have lower back pains and under a chiropra torbut only feel temporary relief. I do a lot of yin yoga but wonder if this will help with my back pain? Do you have any beginner follow along videos?
These are all pretty useless to older people not doing regular exercise. Toe touching is the easiest and most useful. Also, try sitting like you are going to lift a barbell above your head and do lifts… without the actual weights. This is quite tiring very quickly but helps keep you in shape. Keep your arms close to your head which will help work the triceps.
“And “YouTube” will get flexible”. 🙂
Cuts right to the content! Love it thanks bro
Making those “My body can’t do that” gym bros look dumb
Most people got problem with legs, none of these are targeting hamstrings.
4*
Great tutorial! Thank you!
Whats the song used in the background?
I can’t even get into a full bridge lol
Thanks!
Wow amazing video! Thanks for the free value you provide bro. Do you have any more stretches you recommend? Muchos love
Stretching is overrated. If you train in full range of motion you don't need to waste your time. And yes, you can be stretched too much. Eg. people doing yoga can also have back pain. If you powerlifting it's natural that you're not elastic like gum.
Adidas "tri polóski" briefs, birch wall behind….🤔 Russian?
Last stretch is terrible, might give you temporary relief/sensation but that’s not a bio-mechanically correct position. Stretching won’t do anything for range of motion if things are out of position
6:10 caught me by surprise lol
Most excellent
This man in a bed should be amazing 😂🫣😂🫣
If I am doing a push pull workout would I do the back bridge on pull day or push day?
If I do pull day it will work the muscles intended if I do it push day it will stretch the muscles at the end of the work out?
Any thoughts?
How can you do a back bridge when your wrists are fixed by arthritis (I’m in remission now)?
You remind me of my gymnastic days with all these stretches… your my idol… I'm love & miss the backbends…
Jesus, I tried the first stretch and… just sitting in that position upright was painful enough. Damn….
not well explained
Flexibility is foreign concept even though I'm without any muscles
Hi there ! Thanks a lot for that video ! However I was wondering if there is a way to target the base of the spine ? Because that part of my body is so stiff that It prevents me from doing a lot of stuff efficiently..
FFAQ always deliver! This is great stuff guys, gold!! Thanks for making this video, keep it up and all the best!! 💪🔥
Question should the bodyweight leg extensions hurt in the low back?
Very interesting
Nice video with a great flexibility
Great video thanks. Can you please do an in-depth tutorial on the thoracic stretch?
Ya could you imagine if all our kids had to do this everyday in school. We’d have a world of beasts.
Awesome ❤
3:23 man these are dope bro thank you!!
It looks like you're taking the videos under the stairs. Are you Harry Potter? 😂😂😂
😊
