  16. Wonderful guide! But….Each step has 4 steps in it hahah. It's a complicated move to perfect let's be honest.

    Also, people don't understand how long it takes to make those overlays as smoothly and as precise as you're doing. There's a reason we don't see ANYONE else doing that, it takes sooooooooo much time and skill. Kudos man!

  23. Telling everyone they need a flat back in deadlift is ridiculous. You need a stiff back not a straight one. You get strong how you train so if you have a slight arch at the top of your back for example its not going to kill you. Especially if youve always trained that way
