    The info is good, but the subtitles with flashing highlights are extremely distracting, even annoying. This has become a common feature on videos. Whoever dreamed up this bright idea is very misguided, especially when targeting old people.

    I did not know aboit piriformistill it compressed my siaiatic nerve woth great pain in lumber and hips for 7 months.

    I felt so drained and tired everday.     I have a set of exercises that I was taught to do for sciatica and they quickly took away the pain. One was the next to last exercise in this video – that one for the piriformis muscle. Another was the "bridge" lying on your back with knees bent and lifting your hips but a good warmup of arms and legs and butt and spine is absolutely essential – for sciatica therapy they warmed up my glutes and lower back with a heating pad and massage; then I did the exercises.
