    Or walk 15km a day. That’s what I do! Definitely more effective then 10,000 steps which is around 7.5KM

    Clearly id have to buy my own treadmill and do this in the privacy of my own home or chances are I'd get run over by people just sick of ideas from the internet

    Ok guys I'm trying this challenge and im literally walking an hour nonstop and my watch says that i only have done 5k steps 😭😭😭😭 i think tomorrow i won't be able to walk just because of my watch.

    I walk 12000 steps a day except wed and Thu when I’m in office I can’t lose weight due to reverse T3 and non alcoholic fatty liver

    Uk walk app 10 min brisk walks starts at 3 times a day and you can add and adjust after awhile so if you want to do 6 in a day but merge 3 into one that works I’m gonna do 6-9 10 min intervals daily with healthy dieting and boxing added on I walk with my dog as well
