Thank You so much. I think this video is going to help me a lot. I"m 64 yrs old, 5 ft 11 inches my weight is 216 which is down from 238 when I had covid. And my belly circumference is 63 inchs and I have diabetes. My A1C is 7.6 which I know is not bad but I want more like 6.5. Maybe then I can get my libito back also, "God Willing". But after all these years of talking the talk but not really walking the walk. I've added this video to my favorites.
