Those people with big tummies and othwise minimal fat and muscles else where are chronically inflamed. It's quiet common, lack of weight training, lack of protein rich diet, way too much easy carbs like rice and roti. On top some people smoke and drink regularly.

I read somewhere that studies showed that people in India have one of the shortest life spans in society on earth and that their children exhibited a failure to thrive, because they eat a high carb vegetarian diet, it is not genetic, or race cause people of northern India had less disease because they eat more meat.
