  20. I think these videos with poses that look oh so simple but feel so intense and impactful are some of my favourites. It really reminds me how magical and complicated the human body is, and how little it takes sometimes. My neck has felt like cement for days but now it's like butter. I swear I had a pop and release in my ribs doing this!
