I started a work from home jobs a couple of months ago. My neck and shoulders became stiff from sitting all day. no matter how I stretched they were a constantly tense. This video has my muscles thanking me. Idk what you put in this, but it is exactly what my body needed.

loved this great stretch. Boy oh boy did it feel good! Can you please do one of these type of classes for the lower body as well! I feel incomplete, the top half of me is so open and stretched out but the bottom half is filled with tension. Thank you for this awesome and amazing class!
