PSG vs Tottenham: Prediction, kick-off time, team news, TV, live stream, h2h results, odds today

Tottenham Hotspurs Football Newsletter

Tottenham are licking their wounds as they prepare tonight for another fearsome clash against Paris Saint-Germain, this time in the Champions League.

A toothless north London derby defeat to Arsenal has Spurs fans fearing the worst in the French capital as they demand head coach Thomas Frank produce more adventurous tactics.

Spurs were within seconds of beating PSG in August’s UEFA Super Cup, in what was Frank’s first competitive game as manager, and similiar performance from the players would go some way to quelling the growing fan unrest.

PSG welcome Spurs to town having lost their last game in the competition – going down 2-1 to Bayern Munich at home – and have never lost back-to-back home Champions League games.

PSG vs Tottenham team news

PSG are hopeful that star forward Ousmane Dembele will be able to return from injury to face Spurs, having missed the last two games with a suspected calf injury. Desire Doue will miss out with a hamstring complaint, but Bradley Barcola and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia are fit.

Elsewhere, Achraf Hakimi remains sidelined with Warren Zaire-Emery his likely deputy, while Fabian Ruiz and Willian Pacho could complete a fearsome spine.

Spurs will be without the suspended Brennan Johnson, though there was no guarantee he would have started, which could see Richarlison line up on the left wing. Xavi Simons will come into midfield against his former side, though Lucas Bergvall is pushing to start after recovering from a concussion.
