Raspadori wanted by Roma and Galatasaray, as Atletico Madrid set 22m demand

According to reports, Roma are only prepared to offer a loan with option to buy for €17m, so Atletico Madrid could give Giacomo Raspadori to Galatasaray.
The Italy international is frustrated at the lack of playing time in Spain since the €22m plus bonus move from Napoli in August.
He still managed to contribute two goals and three assists, but of the 14 competitive appearances for the club, only four were in the starting XI.
That frustration has made him a top transfer target for Roma in January, although the cost of the operation is a problem.
According to Diario AS, the Giallorossi are only prepared to bring in Raspadori on loan with an option to buy for a total of €17m. Atletico Madrid would prefer a guarantee that the sale would be completed, and don’t intend to lose any of the €22m that they invested just a few months ago.
Now Roma face competition for the 25-year-old Italian from Turkish club Galatasaray, who will face Atletico Madrid in the Champions League on January 21.
Their approach is a loan without any option to make it permanent, therefore giving him playing time without pressure.
