La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Roma director Frederic Massara is travelling to Milan, where he’ll meet Giacomo Raspadori’s agents.
Roma are eager to move forward in negotiations with Atletico Madrid striker Raspadori as Gazzetta reports that a meeting between the striker’s camp and Giallorossi director Massara will take place in the coming hours.
Multiple sources have claimed that Roma and Atletico Madrid have already shaken hands, but Raspadori hasn’t yet made up his mind about his future, as Lazio, Atalanta, Napoli and Galatasaray are also interested in securing his services.
According to Gazzetta, a meeting between Massara and Raspadori’s agents will take place in Milan soon.
Gazzetta confirms that Roma coach Gian Piero Gasperini will meet with Ryan Friedkin today to discuss the club’s transfer strategy. Gasperini is unhappy with the approach the Giallorossi have had in the January transfer window, which is why he refused to talk to the media on Tuesday, after a 2-0 win over Lecce.
Gasp has been pushing for attacking reinforcements, and both Raspadori and Manchester United’s Joshua Zirkzee are among his top targets.
