AC Milan bring in Christopher Nkunku with Rafael Leao, Luka Modric and Adrien Rabiot, as they host Lazio with Mattia Zaccagni, Boulaye Dia and Matteo Guendouzi.
It kicks off at San Siro at 19.45 GMT.

The Rossoneri are still buoyant after their Derby della Madonnina triumph against bitter rivals Inter, which also catapulted them into joint second place alongside Napoli, just two points shy of leaders Roma.
Considering those two face each other on Sunday, this is a massive opportunity for the Rossoneri to take advantage.
However, Christian Pulisic, Santiago Gimenez and Zachary Athekame are out of action, the American sustaining a muscular issue in training.
Alexis Saelemaekers also had a back problem, but he has shaken that off and is fit to start.
Pulisic is replaced upfront by Nkunku as partner to Rafael Leao, with Rabiot and Modric pulling the midfield strings, the France international having made his comeback in the derby.

Lazio have overall been doing surprisingly well considering the injury crisis and transfer embargo giving Maurizio Sarri a limited squad.
Their only defeat in the last eight rounds was 2-0 here against Inter, along with four wins and three draws.
Danilo Cataldi is the latest addition to the absentee list, picking up a muscular strain to join Matteo Cancellieri, Nicolò Rovella and Samuel Gigot on the treatment table.
The good news is that Taty Castellanos is back on the bench, along with Fisayo Dele-Bashiru, who was added to the squad in order to replace Elseid Hysaj on the limited Serie A list.
Nuno Tavares is also not at 100 per cent, so Luca Pellegrini takes the left-back role, with Matias Vecino stepping into the midfield alongside Guendouzi and Toma Basic.
Dia completes the trident attack with Zaccagni and Gustav Isaksen, while Alessio Romagnoli faces his former club.
