Wouldn't it be better to use metal springs, because in my experience, rubber ones degrade very fast and become brittle or gooey and just snap on their own.

I’m trying to do this for my set up, but I want to put my unit on some castor wheels. I am not very fond on wall mounting it, I like to move my setup around often. Any suggestions for weight distribution for balance ?

another amazing project.
What I would only change- add a pocket between the PC and the wall for the vertical sliding drawer holding the monitor. That way, with the table folded, you can have an invisible PC setup

How stupid it is to build a PC with RGB lights and liquid cooling, if you can't see it when you work or in the videos, that's why PC tables that are large are because you can see all the equipment in detail and that gives it a touch. Great for your studio setup, you should put the table with acrylic or something transparent and not with wood and something that can reflect the floor as if it were in the shape of a mirror and that would give it a more futuristic and detailed system of the PC and its RGB system and liquid
