I was really hoping this mech would be a good replacement for Guardian but I was extremely disappointed. 5m Radius is WAY too short for Outlaw's crash, even in your video you aren't ever able to crash more than 1 mech at a time unless they were pressed together. On top of that, they put a delay on the crash similar to Hemlock's ability (who I would take over this mech any day). Also like in your video you need to be able to see them so you can't crash any stealth mechs like Eclipse.
Guardian still has the best ability in the game. (only drawback is low hp and he's slow) Guardian can also save allies from Blind / Sleep / Stun while disabling enemies at the same time. Guardian also doesn't need to see the enemy and can shut down eclipse / surge pretty easily.
Honestly If they just made Outlaw an exact copy of Guardian except with more hp & speed I would have gotten him easily. Unfortunately just like deathwalker don't get this paperweight. Guardian is the Last OG mech, I hope they never nerf him (maybe bring him to epic class).
