Em fios muito finos eu sempre uso um isqueiro, flambo a capa no ponto que quero retirar e puxo. Dá mais certo do que cortar com estilete ou alicate, e não rompe a fiação…

Quando é necessário Patch Panel em rede pequena? E um rack de parede 12U's tem espaço pra dois switches de 24U e 2 patch panels? Esse 24U do swtich é a quantidade de portas certo? No Rack o U é a quantidade de baias?
