OMG the intro…. Exactly my situation, components for my brand new pc are about to arrive tomorrow and I just realised "wait a minute, did I order any speakers…"

i was running a full receiver and bookshelf, but that was too much when i ended up needing 3 monitors. I wnt back to my vanatoo t zero's and a normal sub. it's a great combo imo, i'm sure there are better but they are great imo.

A subwoofer is required if you want to make the most of youtube music…huge improvement.

Sure, you could waste time and money finding that ultimate good speaker setup… when a decent pair of headphones does the job. Not everyone has – or wants – the ability to just blast out sound, maybe you don't want to annoy housemates/neighbours especially at the volume you need to simply hear the details headphones give. "bUt ThEyRe HeAvY oN mY hEaD aNd TeH wIrEs" Are you saying you can't figure out how to snake the cable around from a different direction so they aren't in the way? Granted, some cans are tensioned way too much but most are adjustable and there's ways of loosening them too. Throw in an EQ and you'll still spend way less than you'd need to for a speaker setup. There's comments mentioning absorbing foam and other shit, lol imagine needing to buy all those things and go through all that effort rearranging stuff in your room when heaphones basically negate the requirement entirely?

If you live in the middle of nowhere and can blast any volume you like, and you're made out of money, then sure why not, you can get a decent speaker setup. I'll settle for a nice EQ and a decent pair of cans, thanks. They're a lot more affordable and discreet.

I use fxsound on my Windows 11 and it doubled my audio volume, and cleared up my sound. I never realized how bad my audio was until I could hear the lead singers clearly. I don't use PC speakers, I connect the speakers you recommended and plug into the green port. You can hear my music a block away. I have 4 tower speakers in my setup and a subwoofer, but I really need to upgrade.

I love how the thumbail shows a Logitech z2300 sattelite, the best sounding and high quality speaker system that Logitech ever made, my a large margin.
If you rock a z2300,no need to upgradez unless you want to really upgrade and you're looking for edifiers or sumthin.

Thinking of upgrading my current sound setup which consists of a JBL GO. Any recommendations?

  12. @stetbro

    November 1, 2024 at 6:43 pm

Eh, the amount of money you have to spend on an amp, speakers and room treatment to match the sound quality of a good $200-300 set of headphones is likely going into the thousand dollar range. It's why gamers use headphones in the first place. I very rarely find myself taking my headphones off when getting a snack or using the restroom. And it lets me not have to pause my content.

  13. @MDxGano

    November 1, 2024 at 6:43 pm

Small DAC, use optical>usb but either is fine, then get a small class D Amp and have them stacked if space is limited and for a clean look. Then do some research on speakers under $500 and you've got about as good as most people will be able to tell the difference. A budget of $500-700 total for audio new gets you some pretty good stuff. $500 gets you a killer system if you are keen on your used market. You can go much much cheaper via garage sale finds, but mileage will vary.

Ok so any specific recommendations? I have had this Sdta multimedia speakers for few decades and they sounded great for a long time till some connection problems happen with the cables . I would love to replace them with something similar quality.

Personally I love having a pair of really nice bookshelf speakers on my desk, even if the bug chungus amp takes up a lot of space. It just sounds so good! I'm using Quadral Chromium style 20's and can definitely recommend them for 300ish euros.

just what i need it ! thank you

  27. @shadeofentropy

    November 1, 2024 at 6:43 pm

I went down the AVR route personally, your GPU already passes through audio over both displayport and HDMI so I just plumbed that in. Throw in four bookshelf speakers, a centre speaker and a subwoofer, and there we go. Surround sound. Plus the DAC in an AVR is likely much better than the one on your motherboard.

😂, I clicked on this video and decided my tv soundbar works better than most speakers. I'm going to leave my pc alone

  29. @mgaming7

    November 1, 2024 at 6:43 pm

I highly recommend everything in this video. The audio and visuals of the system are arguably The most important part of the entire system. I want color and sound accuracy. Not Vivid colors and tin speakers.
I went with Emotiva BasX A2m with Sonus Faber Lumia 1's and it's incredible sounding. Using LG 32GQ950 and will be getting the MSI 321URX when I catch one in stock.
it is expensive. I just bought One piece at a time after I built my PC. But the sound system and monitors carry over when I rebuild the PC.

  30. @OnePieceFanForever

    November 1, 2024 at 6:43 pm

I did forget them. I forgot them for a whole ass year after spending all my money on a cracked out 7900XTX build and now checking this video out.

  31. @Breadful1

to have it sound like the sound design wanted, you'd have to get the exact same equipment they used to listen to it

  35. @KingdomUploader

    November 1, 2024 at 6:43 pm

Duder, i still do see how i can connect Active, thank you, studio speakers to my PC motherboard. You mentioned needing an RCA to 3.5mm Y adaptor, yet, the speakers example you showed had what looked like two right/left RCA jacks – meaning i'd need two Y adaptors? Then how could they both plug into the one green 3.5mm jack on my PC? If there exists a 4 to 1 Y adaptor – well idk how that might work. What am I missing here. Pretty please explain?
I've had up to 5 speaker sets that used the green jack only and the midrange always never worked well. Was hoping these active studios might have better midrange.
Anyways, please say about the connection, if you please – my 'buy it now' button finger is itching over here.
Thank you or TIA to anyone following who might help a brother out.

What is Roblox? ROBLOX is an online virtual playground and workshop, where kids of all ages can safely interact, create, have fun, and learn. It’s unique in that practically everything on ROBLOX is designed and constructed by members of the community. ROBLOX is designed for 13 to 18 year olds, but it is open to people of all ages. Each player starts by choosing an avatar and giving it an identity. They can then explore ROBLOX — interacting with others by chatting, playing games, or collaborating on creative projects. Each player is also given their own piece of undeveloped real estate along with a virtual toolbox with which to design and build anything — be it a navigable skyscraper, a working helicopter, a giant pinball machine, a multiplayer “Capture the Flag” game or some other, yet-to-be-dreamed-up creation. There is no cost for this first plot of virtual land. By participating and by building cool stuff, ROBLOX members can earn specialty badges as well as ROBLOX dollars (“Robux”). In turn, they can shop the online catalog to purchase avatar clothing and accessories as well as premium building materials, interactive components, and working mechanisms.
