Bolein 27U 600mm*800mm free-standing DDF network rack enclosure server cabinet can be used in data centers, monitoring rooms, CCTV, and other places.
The front toughened glass door with a spring lock, side panels are removable, steel rear door with a round lock.
Assembled frame structure.
Cable entry and ventilation hole on top cover and bottom panel.
The main material is SPCC cold-rolled steel.

I'm loving this open frame rack so far! I'm almost finished putting it together, and it is solid and very well made. The instruction manual is remarkably clear, the only reason I watched this video was to check the wheel and levelling screws installation.

This video really helped with getting the pieces in place in the right order. The instruction manual suggests that the top and bottom horizonal bars install between the left/right bars and the adujustable bars, when they should mount in front of the whole stack. Once that was cleared up, the rest of the assembly process went rather smoothly (except for the feet, see below).
Helpful tips that I wish I knew ahead of time:
* when installing the top horizontal bars, it helps to bolt the adjustable bar into the left/right bars though the bottom bolt hole before attaching the top horizontal bar through the top bolt hole – that will hold the adjustable bar to the left/right bar while you align the horizontal bar
* the bolt holes for the adjustable feet have a plastic lip at the end (why???) that you have to thread through with the bolt as you screw the feet in; you'll need an adjustable wrench to apply enough torque to screw them in
* if you are using both the levelling feet and the casters, screw in the levelling feet in first; otherwise the casters will get in the way of turning the wrench

Ok, I built mine just by looking at the schematic diagram, however, I'm looking for how to set the adjustable sections. Instructions say "for x use index numbers y and z" but how do I reference them to get the desired setting? There's no marks to indicate a referance point to use the indexed numbers.

2:40, no do not use pliers. Always use the correct tool, otherwise you will round out your nuts.

One of the wheel bolts is a real challenge to get in as it’s partially blocked underneath by a bolt on the adjustable rail. I removed the bolts on the rail to allow for some movement and was able to get the bolt in eventually.
