Ohana brings world’s first Manchester City-branded residences to Abu Dhabi

Ohana Development will bring the first-ever Manchester City-branded residential apartments to Abu Dhabi after signing an agreement with the Premier League football club.

The ‘Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana’ will be set along Abu Dhabi’s Yas Canal waterfront. It will span 1.67 million square metres and will draw on the club’s global appeal and legacy, reimagined through a contemporary lens, and aligning Manchester City’s identity with Ohana’s design ethos.

Ohana did not reveal any other information on the project, but a blog post by Royal Lounge Properties, an Abu Dhabi-based real estate company, said the development will be around a vast central branded park, which will be a green buffer with sports facilities, playgrounds, landscaped gardens, and leisure spaces.

In addition to villas and townhouses, Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana will also offer 1- to 3-bedroom apartments and penthouses of 375 square meters. The apartment buildings range from G+8 to G+10 floors, with all units enjoying modern layouts and direct connectivity to the central park and canal promenade.
