Step 1 — Attract:

Step 2 — Convert:
“Act as an expert in sales and marketing. Draft a personalized email to each person on this list. Reference their [recent activity/pain point]. My intro: [your value proposition]. Step 3B — Branded report:
“Create a [deliverable type] with these insights. Go to [Client’s Website], pull their branding (colors, logo, fonts), and replicate it in the [deliverable] style. Make it look like it came from their team in terms of visual style.”

Step 4 — Automate:
Content Research: “Find my top [X] competitors in [niche/industry] on [platform]. Pull their most-viewed [content type] from the last [time period]. Analyze the topics and correlate patterns. Give me [X] [content type] ideas based on what’s working for them.”

Client Feedback: “After project completion, send an NPS survey to the client. If they rate 9 or 10, ask for a referral: ‘Who else do you know struggling with [pain point]?’ Add referrals to the lead list and start the outreach sequence.”

Business Insights: “Scrape reviews and feedback from all clients. Analyze: What’s working? What’s not? Where are the gaps in our process? Send me a weekly report with insights and recommendations.”
