The club is also alleged to have failed to disclose complete information about player payments from 2010-11 to 2015-16.
Additionally, City faces accusations of failing to cooperate with the investigation from 2018 to 2023.
The original 115 charges have now been extended to 130 following an administration issue.
Should Manchester City be found guilty of the more serious charges, they could face severe penalties including substantial financial sanctions.
The potential punishments also include points deductions from their Premier League tally.
In the most extreme scenario, the club could face relegation from the Premier League.
City strongly refute any wrongdoing in relation to the charges.
