    I was doing this workout a year ago and then took a break for preparing for jee now i am back aim to do it like doing it without thinking of results just doing it
    Day 1 did half of the workout took break of 10 min and completed it ✔️

    I have been working out regularly for the past 2 years now.. I tend to rest during my periods.. But this time i was feeling really lazy in my periods, not having enough energy to do anything due to lack of exercise.. I did this small workout.. Very good.. Light workouts and very energizing… I liked it.. Saving to my playlists..

    I usually do 15 to 20 minute workouts and this was much harder than I thought, I cheated in some of the exercises but it was amazing thank you. ❤

    Our air b and b had no weights. And it’s a heat wave here at 108 degrees , so walking is out

Do This Easy Workout Every Night to Burn Fat in Your Sleep | Low Impact, No Equipment | growwithjo



If you struggle with feeling bloated post-meals or over-stuffed and need a routine to get you feeling more like yourself and help you stay away from late night cravings, this is the workout for you!

For best results do this workout every night after dinner (before bed) to help improve digestion, and speed up your metabolism.

The workout:
Low Impact
No Jumping
All Standing
Beginner Friendly
Knee Friendly
Very Effective
and Fun!

No equipment is required for this workout! All of the exercises are standing and can be done even in a very small space

The beginning of the workout starts slow, to help you ease your way into exercise after eating (I would suggest waiting 20-30 mins between your meal and this workout), but as the workout moves along, you will start to feel the heat and will be left sweating by the end of the workout!

This workout will use all parts of your body, so get ready to feel amazing, have an amazing sleep tonight and feel leaner in the morning!

Make sure to stay consistent with this workout to see more permanent results!
