30 Min FULL BODY Workout at Home with Dumbbells + Abs

We have a killer full body workout with dumbbells that you can do at home or the gym – follow along with us! This is a superset workout where you’ll complete two exercises back-to-back for 45 seconds each followed by 30 seconds of rest before the next superset. We’ll end the workout with a tri-set finisher – 40 seconds each.

For this workout you’ll need two sets of dumbbells. Tiff is using 8 & 10 lbs and Dan is using 20 & 30 lbs. Follow along with Tiff for beginner modifications and Dan for advanced.

As usual, we’ll begin with a quick warm up to get your muscles loose and end the workout with a cool down & stretch. Work hard, push yourself and let’s have some fun! More workout details listed below.

    hey dan quick question. I been w/out for yrs going heavy on the weights 10/15/20 lbs dumbbells. btw im (female) unfortunately i don't look like i w/out 5x's a wk 80 mins. Someone mention supplements but im not sure! wat do u think? (ex) wat i do 5x's a wk. hiit k/boxing weights bike walk zumba abs yoga p/ups & sit ups step aerobics just to name a few. Any advice is appreciated. thx

    Oups! I usually appreciate your workouts…But This comment is just meant to warn beginners. When doing the sumo deadlift , Romanian deadlift and bent overs, Tiff’s posture was really poor. Rounded back=Very dangerous for a back injury. I also think that if your knee doesn’t go to the floor, no need to elevate your foot when doing a reverse lunge. But again ,let’s not forget that moving our bodies is what’s important .
    Keep posting video! I enjoy seeing you guys working out together.
