    ये बकवास है जो पैसेवाले होतें है जो पिझ्झा बर्गर खा खा खाके मोटे हो जाते हैं, घर मे काम वाम करते नहीं, ना कष्ट करने की आदत, दौडना मालुम नही वो ऐसे बोगस डान्स क्लास मे जाकें वजन कम करने की कोशिश करते है लेकीन खाने पे नियंत्रण ना होने की वजह से मोटे की मोटे रह जाते है. अगर सुबह उठकर दौड लगाते, सीट अप्स निकालते, पुलअप्स निकालते ओर घर का काम करते तो ऐसे फालतु डान्स क्लास की कोइ जरुरत्त ही नही. गरीब लोग, कष्ट करने वाले लोग या क्रिकेटर्स उनको पूछो कष्ट क्या होतें है,? जिनका शरीर मोटा नहीं हैं लेकीन फिट रहना है वो दौड लगाके पसिना निकाले तो भी वो दिनभर चुस्त रह सकते है.

    First video I got in which mentor is also doing Zumba full time without brk and with the same energy level as in starting.
    No repeated steps, not doing same step for long, not losing enthusiasm.
    Literally loved it man ❤ You rocked ❤🎉

Here we go… 30 min Full Body HIIT Workout at Home!!!…. It is that time of the week after all where we make sure our shoes are tied in a double knot… we have turned off the heating… and mentally prepared ourselves for a super intense session knowing that when we finish, we realise we enjoyed every single minute of it!!🤩

Today’s HIIT is 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest. No repeat!! I know many of you love the no repeat so this is a treat!!

Ensure you have a bottle of water ready, you will also need a mat.

Below are the exercises we will work through…. just want to mention if find your don’t need the full 20 seconds rest, you need to work harder!😉👌🏼
