Selena Gomez Takes Risky New Hollywood Turn
Selena Gomez is stepping even further away from the image that launched her career.
The singer and actress is now attached to Brady Corbet’s mysterious new “X-rated” movie alongside Cate Blanchett and Michael Fassbender, a project already generating major buzz after fresh details surfaced at the Cannes Film Festival.
For Gomez, it marks another dramatic shift in her evolving Hollywood journey.

The upcoming project comes from Brady Corbet, the filmmaker behind “The Brutalist,” and details about the movie are still tightly guarded.
Despite the secrecy, the casting announcement alone has already sparked conversation online because of the film’s reportedly provocative direction.
During a masterclass appearance at the Cannes Film Festival, Cate Blanchett accidentally revealed she was preparing to collaborate with Corbet on a new feature.
Variety later confirmed Blanchett’s involvement while also reporting that Gomez and Michael Fassbender had joined the cast. Reports about Gomez’s involvement had previously surfaced through The InSneider.
Corbet’s latest project remains untitled, but the filmmaker has openly discussed his ambition to create something unusually bold. Speaking with The Hollywood Reporter, he described the movie as an “X-rated” feature rooted heavily in the 1970s.
“The film spans from the 19th century into the present day — it’s just predominantly focused on the ’70s. The film is really, really genre-defying,” Corbet explained.
The ambitious production is reportedly being shot using rare eight-perf 65mm cameras, adding even more intrigue to the already secretive film.
Brady Corbet’s New Film Could Be His Most Ambitious Yet
Corbet has steadily built a reputation for creating visually intense and emotionally heavy films. Before “The Brutalist,” he directed “The Childhood of a Leader” in 2015 and “Vox Lux” in 2018.
Now, his newest project appears to be operating on an even larger scale.
During an appearance at the Storyhouse Screenwriting Festival in Dublin, Corbet reportedly revealed that the screenplay for the film stretches to around 200 pages.
That immediately raised eyebrows, considering “The Brutalist” itself ran for more than three hours despite having a shorter script.
Andrew Morrison is producing the movie through Kaplan Morrison, continuing Corbet’s streak of ambitious projects that blur traditional genre lines.
While plot specifics remain hidden, the combination of an “X-rated” label, a sprawling timeline, and an A-list cast has already made the film one of the more talked-about projects coming out of Cannes conversations this year.
Cate Blanchett And Michael Fassbender Add More Star Power

The movie is also attracting attention because of the heavyweight names surrounding Selena Gomez.
Blanchett remains one of Hollywood’s most respected actors, having worked with directors including Martin Scorsese, Wes Anderson, Guillermo del Toro, and David Fincher.
She most recently appeared in Jim Jarmusch’s “Father Mother Sister Brother,” which won the Golden Lion at the Venice Film Festival.
Meanwhile, Fassbender’s addition gives Corbet another intense performer known for emotionally demanding roles.
Selena Gomez Continues To Distance Herself From Disney Image

For many fans, Gomez joining an edgy Brady Corbet project feels like another clear signal that she has fully moved beyond the carefully controlled Disney persona that first made her famous.
The former Wizards of Waverly Place star has spent years reshaping her image through darker acting roles, mature music, and more personal public conversations.
Her role in Harmony Korine’s “Spring Breakers” marked an early turning point, while her recent performance in “Emilia Pérez” further pushed her into more daring territory.
Back in 2023, Gomez openly admitted she no longer wanted to feel tied to her Disney Channel past.
“I definitely feel free of it,” Gomez told Variety at the time.
She also admitted there are still moments where memories from that era affect her emotionally.
“Sometimes I get triggered. It’s not that I’m ashamed of my past, it’s just that I’ve worked so hard to find my own way. I don’t want to be who I was. I want to be who I am,” she said.
Selena Gomez Opened Up About Disney Pressure

Gomez previously explained that the expectations attached to being a Disney star shaped many of her decisions during her younger years.
“Of course. I wasn’t a wild child by any means, but I was on Disney, so I had to make sure not to say ‘What the hell?’ in front of anyone,” she said.
The actress admitted that part of the pressure came from herself because she wanted to maintain the image people expected from her.
She said, “It’s stuff that I was also putting on myself to be the best role model I could be.”
As she has gotten older, however, Gomez said her understanding of what it means to influence people has completely changed.
“Now I think being the best role model is being honest, even with the ugly and complicated parts of yourself,” she added.
Those remarks now feel especially relevant as Gomez prepares for one of the boldest projects of her career.

A Deadly Good Entry in Horror’s Best Franchise
Evil Dead is the best horror franchise of all time, and honestly, it’s not even close. Few of its peers can come anywhere near the consistently high level of quality that Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell — first as director and star, respectively, and now as producers — have delivered for 45 years now. Not only has Evil Dead avoided the periodic dips in quality that have plagued fellow franchises like Scream and Halloween; each film brings something new to the table. No other series has explored this much territory, from the genre-changing original film, to the horror-comedy blend of Evil Dead II, the pivot into fantasy of Army of Darkness, and the dread-inducing return-to-basics horror of 2013’s Evil Dead, a remake so good that most fans and even the film’s director consider it canonical.
10 years after the 2013 film, the franchise made an official theatrical comeback with Lee Cronin‘s Evil Dead Rise, a tale of gory family trauma that clawed its way out of streaming-only limbo to become the highest-grossing Evil Dead movie by a mile. The film was such a success that not one but two sequels were announced: Evil Dead Burn and 2028’s Evil Dead Wrath.
None of this, of course, guaranteed anything about the quality of Evil Dead Burn. Even the most immaculate horror franchises aren’t immune to a stinker every once in a while (cough Scream 7 cough). Is Evil Dead Burn the one to finally crack under the pressure? Hardly. Director Sébastien Vaniček oversees a frightening, funny entry that’s a worthy successor to all that came before.
What Is ‘Evil Dead Burn’ About?
The latest nightmare to grace the Evil Dead universe centers on Alice (Souheila Yacoub), a young French woman whose husband (George Pullar) is killed in a tragic accident. Following his death, Alice is forced to spend some time in a quaint house in the woods with her in-laws, both of whom blame her for their son’s death. Unfortunately, there are bigger problems afoot than family conflict: the group is soon targeted by infamous undead demons known as Deadites, who will stop at nothing to tear everybody to shreds, both physically and psychologically.
Similarly to Evil Dead Rise, the film begins with a cold open that’s mostly disconnected from the rest of the core story. One of Evil Dead Burn‘s few low points is this opening sequence, which features somewhat choppy editing that leaves something to be desired. Thankfully, once the perspective shifts to Alice’s tale, the film picks up almost immediately and moves at a lightning-fast pace until the finish line.
Yacoub’s Alice is a wonderfully compelling character, one who feels like a perfect successor to the series’ previous heroes. Without giving too much away, her story isn’t just about hacking demon-possessed corpses to pieces; it’s rich with deep, culturally relevant thematic subtext, much like Beth (Lily Sullivan)’s allegorical tale of becoming a mother in Rise. Hunter Doohan, Lucian Buchanan, Erroll Shand, Maude Davey, and especially Tandi Wright as Alice’s passive-aggressive mother-in-law round out a remarkably strong ensemble as well.
Sébastien Vaniček Proves Himself the Perfect Director for ‘Evil Dead Burn’
Evil Dead Rise turned Lee Cronin into a major name in the horror world, and history seems to be repeating itself with Evil Dead Burn director Sébastien Vaniček. After the opening’s minor choppy editing issues, Vaniček’s film fires on all cylinders, delivering a frequently jaw-dropping horror spectacle. There are some shots and sequences that are so expertly directed, it’s a shock to find out that this is only Vaniček’s second feature; it feels like he somehow manifested the spirits of every great Evil Dead director before him, especially during a delightfully bonkers finale that has some of the best shots in the entire franchise, which is saying something.
While Evil Dead Burn is filled with the expected tension and genuinely scary moments, one of the more surprising elements is how funny it is. Don’t expect Alice to be cracking jokes à la Ash Williams, but Vaniček expertly utilizes some great sight and sound gags that don’t detract from the film’s meaningful commentary on grief and abuse. The result is one of the franchise’s best mixes of horror and comedy since Evil Dead II, genuinely frightening in some moments and absolutely hysterical during others.
Evil Dead Burn, like every installment before it, also makes excellent use of practical effects. From graphic kills to disturbing gore, even the most over-the-top moments feel authentic and believable because of this. That said, it does have a bit more CGI than the average Evil Dead film. While some may call that sacrilegious, it’s used cleverly and sparingly enough to the point where it’s largely a non-issue.
‘Evil Dead Burn’s Third Act Is One of the Franchise’s Best
Arguably, the centerpiece of any Evil Dead movie is its third act, in which just about everything goes awry, culminating in a completely unhinged and bloody spectacle. That is very much the case here, and in a franchise where every finale has hit, this one might hit the hardest. Vaniček and the rest of the cast and crew use every tool in their arsenal to craft a finish that includes everything from a complex oner to a shot in which a broken mirror completely changes the scene’s perspective. It is a breathtaking ending, and one that will delight fans of the franchise.
While Evil Dead Burn may not have a Deadite antagonist on the same level as Evil Dead Rise‘s Ellie (Alyssa Sutherland), it is a compelling addition to a horror franchise that just keeps hitting. The characters have depth, the action, scares, and comedy are all in line with of Sam Raimi’s signature style, and it has a third act that is nothing short of unforgettable. In truth, there is one word and one word only that can accurately describe Evil Dead Burn: Groovy.
Evil Dead Burn hits theaters on Friday, July 10, 2026.

New Novel Inspired by ‘A Court of Thorns and Roses’ Officially Lands TV Adaptation
Novel adaptations continue to prove popular on screen. One of the biggest movies of the year, Ryan Gosling‘s new sci-fi masterpiece Project Hail Mary, is based on the 2021 novel by Andy Weir, with Phil Lord and Christopher Miller adapting it for the big screen. Earning $683 million worldwide, becoming an enormous hit with critics, and now smashing expectations on streaming as one of the most-watched movies globally, Project Hail Mary is yet another example that audiences across the world are hungry for more book-to-screen projects.
On July 7, exciting author Jessica Knoll‘s latest novel, Helpless, finally debuted. A hugely talented editor, novelist, and screenwriter, Knoll’s previous work includes 2015’s Luckiest Girl Alive, 2018’s The Favorite Sister, and 2023’s Bright Young Woman, with the latter — a fictionalized retelling of the crimes of Ted Bundy focused on his victims — set for a TV adaptation courtesy of Erik Feig’s Picturestart and Fifth Season, with Knoll writing and executive producing. Previously, Luckiest Girl Alive was adapted into a 2022 movie starring Mila Kunis. Now, as her new and spiciest novel yet hits shelves, it has been confirmed that Universal Global Television has acquired the rights to adapt Helpless for the screen.
The novel, which, according to Knoll herself, was inspired by the question, “Why do so many women kind of harbor these taboo sexual fantasies?”, is reportedly inspired by A Court of Thorns and Roses, the smash hit from Sarah J. Maas. Knoll will adapt her book for the screen and will also executive produce, alongside two-time Academy Award nominee Stacy Sher. In a statement about this exciting new venture, Knoll said:
“With ‘Helpless,’ I wrote the book I’ve been dying to read, and I’m so excited to make the show I’ve been dying to watch,” Knoll said. “Stacey Sher has produced so many of my favorite (and most anticipated!) adaptations and working alongside her and the talented team at Universal Global Television feels like I’ve scratched off a winning lotto ticket.”
A Novel Adaptation is a Massive Hit on Netflix Right Now
Yet more proof of the hunger for novel adaptations from mass audiences is the current success of I Will Find You, the latest Netflix adaptation from acclaimed crime author Harlan Coben. It was recently reported that I Will Find You has picked up over 85 million views as of last week, which makes it one of the most-watched Netflix shows of the last few years. With that in mind, Helpless will be hoping for a slice of the streaming success pie.
Helpless is getting a TV adaptation. Stay tuned to Collider for more, and check out I Will Find You on Netflix.

M3GAN’s Raunchy Sci-Fi Thriller Spinoff Goes Straight To Streaming
By Jonathan Klotz
| Published

M3GAN first hit theaters in 2023. It feels like longer, but it’s only been three years, and we’ve already received a sequel (M3GAN 2.0) and on August 1st, a spin-off: SOULM8TE. The first film caught fire thanks to a viral TikTok trend based on a brief clip of the killer AI doll performing a creepy dance. The second film went the Terminator 2 route of making her the good guy, which didn’t quite work out, and now, the spin-off is being described as “an erotic thriller.” While huge in the 90s, that’s one genre that’s fallen off in the last decade, which explains why SOULM8TE won’t be in theaters and only available for digital rental on August 1st.
SOULM8TE First Look Reveals AI Obsession
SOULM8TE stars Evil Dead Rise’s Lilly Sullivan as Sara, a highly advanced AI companion being worked on by Neil (Fargo’s David Rysdahl), a talented engineer grieving the loss of his wife. His attempt to turn Sara into the perfect companion, or soulmate, backfires and kicks off a chain of events that may or may not involve murder. It started with the best of intentions, as Neil wanted a genuine human experience, and not, as the company behind Sara intended, a sexbot.
When Sara arrives, she comes with a few outfits: apron, sun dress, a shiny silver clubbing dress, and a schoolgirl outfit. All Neil wanted was to be loved, but programming Sara to love him backfires, and she becomes, you can say, obsessed with him. Stalking, murder, resisting his commands, and a strong aversion to girl power slogans soon follows. Going by the initial trailer footage, SOULM8TE is going to be compared to Obsession, and it’s going to fall short of Curry Barker’s instant classic every time.
Direct To Streaming

SOULM8TE is walking on well-worn ground by combining a guy who only wants love from a source that can’t give it to him (Obsession), and an AI sexbot (Companion). There was also the Megan Fox thriller, Subservience, and if you think about it long enough, you’ll come up with a dozen more examples. None of the AI sexbot gone rogue films have been blockbuster hits, though Fox’s take and Jack Quaid’s Companion were both solid, which helps explain why Universal is dumping it on direct-to-streaming digital platforms.
As time goes on, it’s looking more and more like M3GAN was the perfect combination of right time, and right place to be a hit. Attempting to turn it into a sci-fi horror franchise was the wrong move. The social media sensation that powered the first hasn’t been there for the latest two films, and in the case of SOULM8TE, it’s actively working against the film. Comments under the trailer on every platform talk about how it’s an Obsession knock off, but with how movies are made, this was in the works before Obsession was even in post-production. It’s bad timing.
SOULM8TE may turn out to be a great movie and a fun throwback to the erotic thrillers of the 90s, or it could be a waste of everyone’s time. No one can say for sure until August 1st when it’s available for rent.

Netflix Crime Comedy Series Turned Streaming Into Must-See TV
By TeeJay Small
| Published

These days, Netflix is one of the biggest heavy hitters in the field of original content, producing new hit movies and streaming shows every year. Though it may seem as though it’s been this way for decades, this was not always the case, as the streaming giant first broke into the field of original content in the early 2010s. One of the first smash-hit Netflix originals to take the streamer into the stratosphere was Orange Is The New Black, which premiered in 2013.
Based On A Real Experience

Orange Is The New Black was created and developed for television by Weeds showrunner Jenji Kohan, based on the bestselling memoir Orange Is The New Black: My Year In A Women’s Prison by Piper Kerman.
The true-to-life tale outlines Kerman’s time in a minimum security federal prison following her small role in an international drug trafficking ring. Glee and American Horror Story showrunner Ryan Murphy initially purchased the rights to adapt the book into a series, though he later offered deference to Kohan, explaining that he never could have pulled off the intense subject matter as well as she did.
The Show Wasn’t About Piper

While the series takes increasingly growing liberties with the true story as the seasons progress, the central plot follows a semi-fictionalized version of Kerman as she encounters a wide array of misunderstood convicts with varying backgrounds and stories.
The material from Kerman’s memoir was certainly fascinating enough to build a series out of, though Jenji Kohan specifically used the author’s lived experience as a spring-board to tell BIPOC stories of underserved prison communities. This is made evident by Orange Is The New Black‘s decreased centralization of Piper over the course of its seven seasons and added focus on the sprawling ensemble of other inmates.
Proved Streaming Was Viable

Orange Is The New Black was an immediate hit upon release in 2013, garnering millions of watch hours, bolstering Netflix subscriptions, and even earning over a dozen Emmy nominations for the first season alone. In 2016, Netflix announced that Orange Is The New Black had become its most-watched series of all time, though the show has since been dethroned by Stranger Things.
A Talented Cast

The cast of Orange Is The New Black is massive and includes a revolving door of characters who join the prison as others are freed, transferred, or occasionally killed.
The show includes career-defining performances from Taylor Schilling, Danielle Brooks, Uzo Aduba, Selenis Leyva, Dascha Polanco, Kate Mulgrew, That 70’s Show‘s Laura Prepon, and 8 Mile‘s Taryn Manning. By the time the show ended in 2019, the massive cast had spread out to encompass stories in and out of prison, including those in foreign locales such as El Salvador.
The Show That Built Netflix

If you’re a fan of complex character dramas, crime shows, or poignant critiques on the state of the modern prison complex, Orange Is The New Black is the show for you.
You can stream Orange Is The New Black in its entirety on Netflix today. Luckily, the Netflix home-viewing model means that you don’t have to worry about sneaking any contraband into the binge-fest like you would in a traditional movie theater.

Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey Earns Glowing First Reactions Following London Premiere : Coastal House Media
Rumors surrounding Marvel Studios’ upcoming X-Men reboot continue to heat up, and the latest name reportedly being considered for the Marvel Cinematic Universe is one of the biggest stars in music today: Sabrina Carpenter.
According to multiple entertainment insiders, Marvel Studios is interested in bringing Carpenter into the MCU for a major role. While nothing has been officially confirmed by Marvel, the report has quickly sparked speculation among fans about which iconic mutant she could portray.
The strongest rumor currently points toward Emma Frost, the powerful telepath known as the White Queen. The character has long been a fan favorite in the comics thanks to her sharp wit, commanding personality, and ability to transform her body into organic diamond. Other fans have thrown out names like Dazzler, whose music career and mutant powers have made her one of the most recognizable pop-star superheroes in Marvel history.
Emma Frost [Marvel]
Marvel Studios has yet to reveal any official casting for its upcoming X-Men reboot, leaving the internet to speculate about nearly every major mutant role. Recent reports have connected numerous actors to characters like Jean Grey, Cyclops, Storm, and Professor X, though none of those rumors have been confirmed by the studio.
Carpenter’s star power has skyrocketed over the past year following the massive success of her music career and sold-out tours, making her one of Hollywood’s fastest-rising entertainers. If Marvel is indeed looking to add another globally recognizable name to its next generation of mutants, she would certainly fit that strategy.
Still, fans should treat the report with caution. Marvel Studios is famously secretive, and casting discussions often change before contracts are ever signed. Until Kevin Feige or the studio makes an official announcement, Carpenter’s involvement remains firmly in the rumor category.
With Marvel’s X-Men reboot still in development, speculation is only expected to intensify in the coming months. Whether Carpenter ultimately joins the MCU as Emma Frost, Dazzler, another mutant entirely, or not at all, one thing is certain—fans are already imagining what the next generation of Marvel’s mutants could look like.
What do you think? If Sabrina Carpenter joins the MCU, which Marvel character would you like to see her play?

Kids Today Will Never Understand Waking Up To This Commercial At 2 AM
By Jonathan Klotz
| Published

Everyone who lived through the 90s had the same experience. You were watching Rhonda Shear’s Up All Night movie, or playing Final Fantasy 7, and you fell asleep on the couch clutching the remote. You groggily wake up around 2 AM, and there it is on the TV, the commercial that means you’ve made a terrible mistake: Pure Moods. Wondering where you are while the opening of Enigma’s “Return to Innocence,” or Enya’s “Orinoco Flow” (you know it as “Sail Away Sail Away Sail Away”) is blasting you for 30 seconds was a rite of passage. Kids today don’t know what those direct order CD commercials were like, and they’re missing out on the majesty of Pure Moods.
A New Age Wake Up Call
Back in the day, before streaming music, companies would put together oddball compilation CDs and sell them directly via a phone number you could call. The commercials all followed the same formula. A scrolling list of tracks on the album with the one currently playing highlighted in yellow as it goes by, and a clip from a music video or, in the case of Pure Moods, a relaxing scene straight out of the videos dentists used to have playing in their office. Monsters of Rock, Classical Thunder, Greatest Love Ballads, all of them followed the same playbook.
Pure Moods originally hit the airwaves in 1994 and turned New Age music into an overnight success. Airing a commercial when ad rates were the absolute cheapest possible meant saving a ton of money, and they went directly to a sleepy, groggy, susceptible audience that heard Vengelis’ “Chariots of Fire” and thought, “This is pure fire.” The re-release in 1997, with an updated track listing that included “The X-Files Theme (DADO Paranormal Activity Remix)” was even more successful. It’s creepy, but cool and memorable, and besides, in 1997, who didn’t love The X-Files?
If you were already awake when the Pure Moods commercial hit, it was the sign to go to bed. Back in the 90s, television had an end. Stations didn’t run content 24/7, usually, after the final late night show signed off there would be one or two infomercials, or a local access show from the affiliate that aired, or if you were lucky enough to be in Philadelphia or New York, ECW Hardcore Television. After that, the station would go dark and all you’d see was static on the TV until it started up again around 6 or 7 AM. Pure Moods airing was a sign.
America’s Brief Love Affair With Direct Order CDs

The success of the first two volumes of Pure Moods lead to music company Virgin releasing over a dozen other Moods compilations, including Cinema Moods, Romantic Moods, and the two surprise breakout hits, Gregorian Moods and Celtic Moods. For a brief period of time, America was obsessed with Gregorian monk chanting, and then River Dance, and you know, there’s really no explanation for either other than the same reason every kid wanted Crossfire, those commercials were very effective.
Streaming has changed the television landscape and now, you don’t get ridiculous direct mail CD commercials. You can fire up Spotify. YouTube, or Apple Music and find microtargeted AI playlists for everything from “Men Who Move In Silence” with cover art ripped from Peaky Blinders or “Music To Heal Your Heart After You’re Left On Read” featuring a Polynesian beach. The magic of catching snippets of songs that burrow their way into your head and convince you to try out a whole new genre of music is long gone. I say that as someone who will publicly confess owned Pure Moods, Classical Thunder, and Monsters of Rock. Laugh all you want over the New Age soundtrack of the 90s, but that album slapped.

Why Ryan Seacrest Ditched Taylor Swift’s Wedding
Although Ryan Seacrest was originally on the invite list to Taylor Swift‘s lavish wedding to NFL superstar Travis Kelce, he ditched the July 3rd extravaganza at the last minute. The news about Seacrest’s absence at the wedding comes amid reports about which A-listers actually made it inside the venue and which were stuck watching from the outside.
Seacrest has been a staple in Hollywood and the entertainment industry for decades, so it only makes sense that the “American Idol” host would be among those invited to celebrate Swift and Kelce. However, the 51-year-old recently told his “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” listeners that he had to revise his RSVP a few days before the event for a specific reason.
“I RSVP’d to go, and then Disney hired me to do the Fourth of July 250 special on the 3rd and the 4th, so I had to cancel,” Seacrest said, adding that he was really disappointed he couldn’t make both events work. And to make matters worse, the “Wheel of Fortune” host said he was “actually really excited to go” before saying that choosing between the two was a difficult decision.
Seacrest Recalls Saying Yes To Taylor Swift And Kelce In Person Before Revealing He Had To Back Out

Seacrest told his listeners and co-hosts that he tried his hardest to make both events work, revealing there was simply no time to fit them into his schedule. Despite that, the TV personality said he was “thrilled” to have been one of the lucky stars on the invite list.
Seacrest went on to say that his backing out of the wedding was soul-crushing for him because he had originally RSVP’d in person when he ran into Swift and Kelce while out to eat. “I’m like, ‘I cannot wait. I’m so excited.’ I met Travis for the first time, actually. He was sitting in the booth next to me,” Seacrest said.
And for those who might question why Seacrest couldn’t have turned down the job with Disney, the award-winning personality said that his hands were tied. “It’s part of my job at Disney to do these things,” he added.
Taylor Swift Thanked Seacrest For ‘Being Excited’ For Her And Kelce’s Wedding

In a previous interview with Seacrest, the “Lover” singer opened up about her excitement for the wedding, revealing that she had to stop herself from sharing too much because she would spill all of the beans if she could. Then she thanked the radio host not only for supporting her over the years but also for eagerly celebrating this new chapter of her life. “Thank you for being excited for us because I’m excited for us too,” she said.
Swift, 36, also discussed with Seacrest the importance of striking a balance between being open with the public about her relationship and keeping some things private. “I gotta figure out like ways to make sure that I do have things that are just between us, and thankfully, we do have a lot of those things, and [our engagement] in particular is one that’s always just going to be ours,” she said.
Swift’s 1,000+ Guest List Included Some Of The Biggest Names In Hollywood

According to The Blast, Swift’s wedding to Kelce took place on July 3, 2026, at New York City’s Madison Square Garden. The lavish wedding reportedly included over 1,000 superstar guests, including Jay-Z, Bradley Cooper, Gigi Hadid, Ed Sheeran, and Mariska Hargitay.
Elite athletes were also in the building, including Kelce’s brother, Jason Kelce, formerly of the Philadelphia Eagles, and active players, such as George Kittle, Cooper Kupp, Baker Mayfield, and Kareem Hunt.
Fashion Designer Opens Up About Working With Swift For Her Big Day

Details about the ceremony are still unfolding; however, one of Swift’s reps confirmed that the singer partnered with Christian Dior to design her dress.
Luxury designer Jonathan Anderson discussed working with Swift and Kelce for their special day and called it a “joy.”
“It’s an emotional thing doing someone’s wedding,” Anderson said after revealing that all of the time the pair spent together brought them closer.

Taylor Swift Drops Thousands On Late-Night Wedding Craving
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce‘s wedding may have featured couture fashion, celebrity guests, and an estimated $50 million price tag, but one newly revealed detail proves the couple’s celebration also included a surprisingly relatable touch.

As new information continues to emerge from the newlyweds’ Madison Square Garden wedding weekend, reports indicate that Swift and Kelce satisfied their guests’ late-night appetites with a massive pizza order that may have cost thousands of dollars on its own.
The order wasn’t just a quick snack run, either. It came from one of New York City’s most celebrated pizzerias and reportedly included more than 100 pies.
The Couple’s Late-Night Pizza Order Was Anything But Ordinary

According to Us Weekly, Swift and Kelce placed an enormous order from Mama’s Too!, the cult-favorite Manhattan pizzeria known for its creative square slices and long lines of devoted customers.
The order reportedly included more than 100 pizzas and featured nearly every variety on the restaurant’s menu. Among the selections were the restaurant’s signature house pie, pepperoni pizzas, and the famous Angry Nonna, which combines hot soppressata, aged mozzarella, Calabrian chili oil, and hot honey.
The delivery was reportedly so significant that owner Frank Tuttolomondo personally brought the pizzas to the wedding celebration.
Taylor Swift And Travis Kelce’s Pizza Order May Have Cost Nearly $3,000

While the exact total remains unknown, menu prices suggest the order likely cost several thousand dollars. With some pies selling for as much as $50 and large house pizzas priced around $28 to $30, the final bill could have approached $3,000 before delivery and gratuity.
In the context of a wedding estimated to have cost tens of millions of dollars, however, the late-night feast represented a relatively small expense for a guest list that reportedly approached 1,000 attendees throughout the weekend’s festivities.
Why Mama’s Too! Has Become One Of New York’s Most Famous Pizza Destinations
The choice of restaurant doesn’t seem to be random. Over the last several years, Mama’s Too! has evolved from a neighborhood pizza shop into one of New York City’s most sought-after food destinations, attracting both locals and tourists eager to try its unconventional creations.
The pizzeria has earned particular acclaim for its hybrid-style square slices, which combine elements of Sicilian, Detroit, and Roman pizza traditions. The result is a thick, airy crust with crispy, caramelized edges that has become instantly recognizable across social media.
Its most famous offering, the Angry Nonna, has developed an especially loyal following thanks to its combination of spicy soppressata, hot honey, and Calabrian chili oil.
Other menu favorites include the viral Cacio e Pepe pie, inventive seasonal creations, and the restaurant’s Wednesday-only chicken sandwich special, which routinely draws crowds stretching down the block.
New Wedding Details Continue To Paint A Picture Of A Massive Celebration

The pizza revelation is just the latest detail to emerge from what has quickly become one of the most talked-about celebrity weddings in recent memory.
As The Blast previously reported, nearly 1,000 guests participated in various wedding festivities throughout the weekend. However, many attendees were reportedly required to sign non-disclosure agreements aimed at keeping the celebration private.
The star-studded guest list included Selena Gomez, Ed Sheeran, Jessica Alba, Machine Gun Kelly, Kelsea Ballerini, Miranda Lambert, Maren Morris, Simone Biles, Kesha, and Erin Andrews, among dozens of other high-profile figures from the worlds of entertainment, sports, and music.
Additional reports have revealed personalized wedding favors, custom vows exchanged by the couple, and an elaborate “Secret Garden” theme that greeted guests upon arrival at Madison Square Garden.
The Pizza Order May Be One Of The Most Relatable Details Yet

While much of the wedding has been defined by luxury, exclusivity, and celebrity glamour, the decision to feed hundreds of guests with stacks of pizza may be one of the most relatable details to emerge from the weekend.
After all, even at a multi-million-dollar wedding attended by some of the world’s most famous people, eventually someone gets hungry.
And apparently, when that happened at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding, the solution was more than 100 pizzas from one of New York City’s most beloved slice shops.
