Andy Cohen Confirms New Boyfriend
Photos recently surfaced of “Watch What Happens Live” host Andy Cohen with what appeared to be a new boyfriend, Kevin Sobieski. Now, days later, the “Housewives” executive producer is opening up about his beau, revealing that he believes him to be the one.
Cohen’s confirmation of his relationship comes days after he received the Variety Creative Impact in Television Award, more than 20 years into his career.

Cohen took to his SiriusXM show, “Radio Andy,” to confirm that the rumors about him having a boyfriend were true. After being asked about his relationship status by his co-host, he responded in the clip, “I do, and I’m really happy to say that I met the person, you guys.”
After that, the “WWHL” host stated that they met at a Fourth of July party in 2025. He set the scene, recalling, “So, it was 11 months ago, and I saw him from across the party.” Cohen then shared that he came close to not attending the party.
He continued, “And I dragged myself out. I never get invited to gay parties in the Hamptons anymore, and I was like, ‘You know what? Let me just go.’”
Andy Says He And His New Boyfriend Bonded Right Away

Cohen continued to recall his first meeting with his now-partner. According to him, “We talked all night. I very methodically put my number in his phone, and apparently I said to him twice that night, ‘I want to make sure this number is right.’”
From there, Andy described his boyfriend as “kind and strong and smart.” He confirmed that his boyfriend has met his two kids, saying, “And he loves my children, and they love him, and I love him.”
He went on, “And we have been so slow, and deliberate, and methodical about introducing getting to know each other and introducing him to the kids and just entering him into the equation of my family so slowly. Cohen then called the process “so easy.”
The “Housewives” executive continued reflecting, noting, “One year later, I still can’t believe I found him.” Regarding why he didn’t confirm the relationship sooner, Cohen said that he wanted to be “smart and slow” about his love life before speaking out.
Bravo Fans Are Happy For Cohen

Following Cohen’s confirmation that he’d found love, social media users are weighing in, revealing how happy they are for the host and his boyfriend. One person said on X, “Oh my GOD- listening to this just warmed up my entire soul. I am so, so happy for Andy Cohen.”
Another person noted, “They are both hot. Good for him.” Someone else chimed in, writing, “Yay!! Love this for Andy.” A different Bravo fan wrote, “Good for him….everyone deserves happiness.”
Lastly, another social media user gave their say, “Andy Cohen is not my favorite person by far, but he sounds so happy. Almost teared up when he called the man ‘the one.’ Now I’m actually crying.”
The ‘Watch What Happens Live’ Host Recently Opened Up About His Career

Cohen received the Variety Creative Impact in Television Award on June 5 at the Newport Beach TV Fest. Ahead of the honor, he opened up in an interview with Variety about his more than two-decade career in media.
Regarding how he organizes his day-to-day life, Cohen stated, “I just hit my deadlines.” He added about his executive producer duties, “I still do notes on every episode of ‘[Real] Housewives’ that there is.” Cohen went on to discuss the state of the “Housewives” franchise as he had just finished a screener of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”
According to Variety, he called the latest season “really good,” noting that the show had just exited a “rebuilding phase.” The outlet also noted that he’d just seen an episode of the upcoming season of “The Real Housewives of Orange County.”
In discussing how far he’d come in his career, Cohen noted, “I can’t believe all these years into my career, this is what developed. I was told at CBS News [that] I was too cross-eyed to be on television. Then I was in charge of programming at Bravo at a time when no network executive could ever be in front of the camera. I have bucked the system and won.”
Andy Cohen Has A New Book Coming Out

In addition to his work with Bravo and his radio show, Cohen has published multiple books and even has a publishing imprint, Andy Cohen Books. In April 2026, the “Watch What Happens” live host announced his newest book, “Andy’s Bravo Scrapbook.”
He said in the Instagram announcement, “I’ve been working on it for a while. You can say I’ve been working on it for 20 years because this is the ultimate Bravo coffee table book. It’s the ultimate Bravo photo album.”
“Andy’s Bravo Scrapbook” will be released on October 20.

Whitney Leavitt Excited For ‘SLOMW’ Despite Exit
Even though Whitney Leavitt left “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” behind her, that doesn’t mean she isn’t excited about the upcoming batch of episodes. In a new interview, the mother of three and Broadway star teased what fans can expect and also shared a little more about what she and her husband, Conner Leavitt, have been up to over the last few months.

Speaking with E! News, Leavitt said that she will be watching the upcoming season of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” when it returns to Hulu later this year.
Don’t forget, the reality star announced her exit from the popular series in May 2026 while playing Roxie Hart in “Chicago” on Broadway.
“I’ve talked to a couple of them,” she told the outlet. “When you’re in it, it is so grueling. It’s so time-demanding. Nobody really thinks that because obviously they’re following your day-to-day, but it is also a job, so I’m sure they’re exhausted, but it’s gonna be great. I’m so excited to watch it. It’s a great, great cast.”
Regrading the cast, which includes Taylor Frankie Paul, Jessi Draper, Jen Affleck, Mayci Neeley, Mikayla Matthews, Layla Taylor, and Miranda Hope, Leavitt implied that there’s a bit of tension amongst the ladies right now.
“I don’t think that as a cumulative it’s really a group right now,” she said, “but I’m good with everyone.”
Whitney Leavitt Says She’s Grateful For The Show Despite Her Exit

According to a previous report from The Blast, Leavitt said that she was grateful for her role on “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” despite her intense feuds with her co-stars.
“It’s honestly so crazy to me looking back on this journey because I had been trying to get into theater and film way before ‘Secret Lives’ even came into my life,” she said. “We have been through so much together, even more than what you’ve seen. We’ve had really big highs, really big lows and no matter what happens with our relationships like that is something that will always be a part of our life, will always be a part of my life and I wouldn’t change a thing.”
In another interview, Leavitt said that she felt “content” with her decision to leave, saying that series had provided her with opportunities she’d always dreamed of. “I’m ready for the next chapter and I cannot wait to share with you guys what’s next,” she said.
Whitney Leavitt Teases More To Come With Her New Production Company

And speaking of what’s coming next, Leavitt teased a solo reality show coming with her husband, Conner, in a new TikTok video, per The Blast. It’s one of the first projects that her production company, Leavitt Media House, is working on.
During her conversation with E!, Leavitt said that her team is leaning more into the world of unscripted content. “We’re definitely in the development of an unscripted show right now, so I’m really excited to be able to share more about it, so we’ll see. You’ll find out soon,” she said.
A ‘SLOMW’ Spin-Off Is Coming To Hulu Later This Year

Also coming to Hulu later this year is a “SLOMW” spin-off set in Orange County, California.
According to The Blast, the cast will feature Bobbi Althoff, Madison Bontempo, Aspyn Ovard, Salomé Andrea, Chandler Higginson, Ashleigh Pease, McCall DaPron, Avery Woods, and Affleck.
While the details about the series have been kept under wraps, Woods recently spilled a little bit of tea about the program and said fans can expect there to be as much drama as the original series.
“There’s a lot of different personalities and a lot of different beliefs and views,” she added.
Will The OC Version Touch On Mormonism?

There’s been a lot of discussion about the Orange County spin-off, including questions about whether the cast members were actual Mormon wives.
Woods said that while many of the cast members were raised Mormon and have since distanced themselves from the church, some of the other women are still very much active in the LDS community.
Even then, Woods said the cast’s differences is what will really make the show pop.
“We all could not be more different, but I think the coolest part about us all coming together is we’ve started to understand and be more open to how each one of us lives our life, because we all make different choices and different decisions, and we raise our children differently, we dress differently, we speak differently,” she said.

Banned 90s Character Was Too Hot For Warner Bros To Handle
By Jonathan Klotz
| Published

The 90s were an interesting time for animation. Beavis and Butthead, Aeon Flux, Ren & Stimpy, all were pushing the medium forward in a new, adult direction while Batman: The Animated Series perfected the noir style of Batman that’s influenced a generation. None of those shows had a character banned by the studio for being too hot. Animaniacs, the after-school Warner Bros. cartoon has that distinction with a character who only appeared twice before getting yoinked off stage. Minerva Mink, a female take on Tex Avery’s classic Wolf, was too much for the adults to handle.
Minerva Mink Flipped The Script

Take one look at Minerva Mink (voiced by Julie Brown), and you can tell what the crew was going for: she’s a Hollywood bombshell, in mink form. Designed by the production team of Batman: The Animated Series, Paul Dini, and producer Sherri Stoner (the real-life model for Disney’s Ariel and Belle), Minerva’s mere presence caused male characters to lose their minds. Think the reaction from Yakko and Wakko whenever the Nurse walks by, but magnify it to include every man, oh, and heap on plenty of more innuendo.
As with most characters and plots from Animaniacs, there was another layer to the character. Minerva would also lose her mind and go crazy when she saw an attractive man. Flipping the script from the classic cartoon playbook was one thing, but then the producers went ahead and, as with the Wolf and Pepe Le Pew, turned Minerva into the villain. She’s vain, obsessed with looks, and is greedy. The concept behind the character is a good one, but she can’t help she’s drawn that way.
Under 30 Minutes Of Screentime

Minerva Mink only appeared in two shorts of her own, “Moon Over Minerva,” and “Meet Minerva,” which ironically, aired 20 episodes later. Animaniacs creator Tom Ruegger expanded on why she was cut short, explaining in interviews that the President of Warner Bros. Animation Jean MacCurdy thought “[Minerva] was too voluptuous and her storyline a but too one-note in that she was very sexy.” The choice was made, even before the segments aired, to bring down her curves and rework her cleavage lines to be more family-friendly.

Two appearances was all Minerva Mink needed to become an icon. She continued to appear in background shots, as part of the opening title sequence, and then in later Warner series, including Pink and the Brain. The Animaniacs comic turned her into a recurring character and even allowed for some character development. Not bad for under 30 minutes of screentime.
90s Animation Was Built Different

The Animaniacs revival had a chance to bring her back, but they didn’t take advantage of the opportunity. Both of her appearances in the reboot were silent and background roles. It was a missed opportunity given the way the character subverts tradition, which would find her more of a fanbase today. Then again, as everyone has learned from Warner Bros. recent decisions regarding animation, they’re not fans.
We’ll never have another era of experimentation and change like we did during the 90s. Animaniacs changed what an after school cartoon could be and avant-garde sketch style animation started becoming more popular. Misfires like Minerva Mink were bound to happen here and there, but that’s the price for daring to do something different.

Beyond the Gates Predictions: Bill & Dani Cross Lines, The Impaler & An Unlikely Hero Emerges
Beyond the Gates prediction edition for the week may see Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett) and Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) getting way too close during the disaster at Fairmont Crest. They may cross lines. Plus, there may be a hero no one expects as the tornado hits.
We also have got predictions for Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom), the Impaler and Leslie Thomas. Also, predictions for Bill and Dani, for Eva and Kat, and for Martin.
Beyond the Gates: The Impaler’s Identity Revealed – Heather Armstrong
Let’s get started with our first prediction. The Impaler is Joey’s sister, Heather Armstrong. So, on Monday, the identity of the Impaler is revealed. That’s the same day that Heather Armstrong (Ashley Jones) makes her Beyond the Gates debut.
If you do not know Ashley Jones, showrunner Michele Val Jean worked with her over on Bold and the Beautiful where she played Bridget Forrester. You may also recognize her from True Blood or For All Mankind.
Joey and Vanessa McBride (Lauren Buglioli) talked about his sister Heather, who he’s not seen in years. And Vanessa started looking for Heather, which ticked Joey off, and he demanded she drop it.
On Friday, the Impaler walked into the meeting with Joey and Randy Parker (Maurice P. Kerry), and Joey immediately recognized the person, but they didn’t show their face but we’ll see it on Monday.
Beyond the Gates Spoilers: Ashley Jones Does Double Duty?
Of course, he thought all this time she was a realtor, but it looks like she might be a criminal like him. And Heather may actually be worse than her brother. And Joey may try and keep Vanessa away from her if this is what the situation is.
Joey said he was going to give the red market ring operator a warning to stay off his turf, but he might not follow through with that if it’s his sister, Heather. Or Joey might make the same ultimatum and Heather ignores him and does what she wants.
Beyond the Gates: Leslie’s Unlikely Heroism at the Fundraiser Disaster
Our second prediction is Leslie Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant) does something heroic at the fundraiser. Monday Beyond the Gates spoilers have Leslie determined to score an invitation to Martin Richardson’s (Brandon Claybon) big fundraiser.
On Tuesday, Leslie crashes Mona’s event, and I think this is part of her scheme to get the ticket. Wednesday, Leslie promises Ted Richardson (Keith D. Robinson) she won’t be naughty at the fundraiser. She also annoys Joey calling him partner.
Eva Thomas Richardson (Ambyr Michelle) is there with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson). No doubt she worries about her mom embarrassing her. It would go a long way towards redeeming Leslie if she did something heroic.
A tornado slams into the club, causes a blackout and other damage. It looks like a bunch of people are injured and some are trapped. So if Leslie steps up and helps people or digs a Dupree out of the rubble, that might soften people on her.
Beyond the Gates: Bill and Dani’s Elevator Moment During the Tornado
Our third prediction, Bill and Dani kiss during the elevator terror. Thursday Beyond the Gates spoilers have Hayley Lawson (Marquita Goings) flirting with Young and the Restless crossover character Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
Her husband Bill is in an elevator with his ex-wife Dani when it hits. So, Dani and Bill have to rely on each other. And in the elevator, he is telling Dani that the power is out and there’s nothing left to do but wait for help. She doesn’t like that.
Beyond the Gates: Dani and Bill in Dangerous Territory
Dani and Bill have both been thinking a lot about the past and the bad path of their marriage. Dani opened up to Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman) about what Bill and Hayley did her.
It’s also been on Bill’s mind and he’s got regrets and seems increasingly off-put by Hayley. So, I fully expect Bill to get Dani in his arms for a kiss. If those elevator doors open and Andre gets an eyeful, it’ll be big trouble because that’s low-key cheating.

Beyond the Gates: Tomas Injured – Eva and Kat Work Together
Our fourth prediction is that Tomas is hurt during the disaster. And Eva helps Kat save him. Spoilers say Eva and Kat are forced to work together. Friday spoilers for Beyond the Gates have Ted running around putting out fires.
He’s scared when he sees Kat with blood all over her hands. Ted freaks out but Kat’s really upset and crying and saying that it’s not her blood. Isaiah is standing nearby as Ted asks, “Whose blood is it?”
So lately, Kat has been cautiously letting Eva get closer to her. This is a big chance for true bonding as sisters. The promo from the tornado aftermath shows Isaiah there with Kat and Ted, but there’s no sign of Tomas or Eva.
Beyond the Gates: Martin Trapped in Tornado Rubble
Our fifth and final prediction is that’s Martin trapped and the family freaks out. Beyond the Gates spoilers hint Martin may be trapped because Smitty (Mike Manning) is calling out to him asking if Martin can hear him and sounds panicked.
So, I expect life and death action. Although, Daphnee Duplaix, who plays Nicole, recently did an interview alongside Eric Braeden, who plays Victor Newman from Y&R. And they said everybody survives.
But at the event, Nicole looks really scared. And with Smitty calling out to Martin, it could be that he is trapped in the rubble.

Why Crystal Kung Minkoff Is Open To A ‘RHOBH’ Return
Former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Crystal Kung Minkoff is opening up about her possible return to the network and popular franchise. In a new interview, the mother of two said that while she was initially opposed to coming back to the show following her departure in 2024, the 43-year-old is feeling different about the program these days.

Speaking with E! News, Minkoff told the outlet that should Bravo call her to be featured in season 16, she’d be up for the challenge.
“I think I just needed some time and Cynthia Bailey is my co-host of Humble Brag and so she saw rumors out there and she had to ask me so it became sort of a thing,” she said in June 2026. “And it’s always one of those topics where Housewives in the past are asked these questions.”
Crystal Kung Minkoff Explains Why She’d Accept An Offer To Return To Bravo And ‘RHOBH’

Minkoff went on to say that it took her “a couple years” to even consider making a return to Bravo or the “Real Housewives” franchise. However, this year, the TV personality said that she found herself mulling over the question more than she has in the past.
Additionally, Minkoff, who will also be featured in the network’s massive 20th anniversary special for the “Real Housewives” later this year, said that her deep love and appreciation for Bravo would also be part of the reason why she’d return.
“I just love Bravo and I love the whole experience,” she said, adding, “and I just feel through Humble Brag I’m comfortable being myself so that’s all.”
Crystal Kung Minkoff Spoke With ‘RHOA’ Cast Member, Cynthia Bailey, About Making A Comeback
Minkoff’s latest comments come days after the former “Real Housewives” star told her “Humble Brag” co-host, Cynthia Bailey, that she had been having conversations with the network about her future.
“I’m always having conversations in general at Bravo,” she said. “Just, you know, doing little things here and there.”
As for her return, Minkoff said that she would love to pop up as an official friend to the show. “Like, you’ve made that the ideal role,” she said to Bailey. “But it just depends on the cast. But yeah, I think I’d be ready. I think I’m finally ready.”
Minkoff announced her departure from the program in April 2024, calling her exit “bittersweet.”
“Never did I think I would have been asked to do the show in a million years, let alone film it for three seasons. Every single year I was asked back, it was a blessing. It was an honor,” she said, noting how important it was for her to be the first Asian-American on “RHOBH.”
Continuing, Minkoff said that her appearance on the show meant a lot to her and for other people before thanking the audience for their unwavering support.
“But this is not goodbye, this is a see you soon,” she added. “I have some other things going on that I will be sharing with you soon that I’ll still be able to connect with you because at the end of the day, that is been my biggest gift of filming. This show is connecting with so many of you with your beautiful stories.”
Garcelle Beauvais Seems To Have A Different Feeling About Returning To ‘RHOBH’

While Minkoff is open to returning to “RHOBH,” former cast member Garcelle Beauvais feels the complete opposite.
For those who may be unfamiliar, the “Coming to America” actress departed the series in 2025, revealing she left to spend more time with her children, Jax and Jaid.
According to a previous report from The Blast, Beauvais opened up about her departure in her new memoir, “Protecting My Peace… At All Costs,” sharing that she said goodbye to the series after revealing that a “line was drawn” in the sand.
“I felt like my spirit could no longer do it. (It was) just drama for the sake of drama,” she said.
Beauvais Teased Her Book With A Candid Social Media Post
Beauvais teased her book on Instagram, sharing that she “poured my heart” into it.
“Open, intimate, vulnerable,” she added. “Some might say brave.”
According to the decorated actress, her memoir is a “love letter” to her family, detailing her journey from Haiti to the bright lights of Hollywood.

Raunchy, Politically Incorrect ‘90s Comedy Could NEVER Be Made Today
By Chris Snellgrove
| Published

There are few actors in the world quite as divisive as Adam Sandler. Every now and then, he’ll go out of his way to prove what a great performer he can be in more serious roles, including the poignant Punch-Drunk Love and the downright harrowing Uncut Gems. Mostly, though, Sandler sticks to the kinds of comedy that made him famous on Saturday Night Live: that means silly voices, broad humor, and gimmicks taken well past their breaking point. It doesn’t always work, especially with recent comedies like Hubie Halloween, which I maintain should be classified as a war crime.
When Sandler is bad, he’s bad enough to take the entire film with him. It goes in reverse, though: when Sander is really good, he can elevate even the stupidest of films into box office gold. That’s the case with The Waterboy, a 1998 gem about a backwoods waterboy discovering he is inexplicably skilled at college football. Is the movie dumb? Like, room temperature IQ dumb. Is it filled with stupid jokes, including a bizarre running gag character from eternal Sandler +1, Rob Schneider? That’s a Texas-size 10-4, good buddy! If those aren’t dealbreakers, though, you’ll likely enjoy this raunchy, politically incorrect laugh riot, now streaming on Tubi.
When Boy Meets Water

The premise of The Waterboy is that Adam Sandler plays the stuttering manchild who serves as the water boy for the University of Louisiana football team. He loses that gig thanks to a jerk of a coach, and he ends up slinging water for a rival football team: the South-Central Louisiana State University Mud Dogs. However, it doesn’t take long before this new team’s coach realizes that his waterboy is an idiot savant when it comes to football. He puts Sandler’s character on the field, transforming him almost instantly into a local legend.
The waterboy enjoys his newfound fame, but he runs into trouble balancing his new responsibilities with his old life. For example, his childhood crush (played by Fairuza Balk) wants to date him, but that doesn’t fly with his domineering mother (played by a very game Kathy Bates). Plus, he constantly has to worry about pleasing his coach, who is played to hangdog perfection by Henry Winkler. As with all sports comedies, The Waterboy culminates in a showdown between rival teams that (one way or another) will transform our hero’s life forever.
Deliciously Dumb Humor

When I rewatched The Waterboy for the first time in over a decade, I was surprised by how much I enjoyed its deliciously dumb humor. I was still in high school when this film premiered, and all of the goofy jokes still resonated with my inner child. Some of them aren’t even jokes so much as silly things said in silly ways, like when the Colonel Sanders-looking professor keeps repeating “medulla oblongata” until Sandler screams like a pig and charges. My personal favorite is when the waterboy’s mother dismisses wisdom from a college textbook, shouting, “That’s nonsense, I invented electricity. Ben Franklin is the Devil!”
Real talk? How much you cringed when you read that will determine whether or not you’ll like The Waterboy. Again, Sandler is notoriously divisive, and his style of comedy isn’t for everyone. But he was on an absolute tear of good films in the ‘90s, including Billy Madison, Happy Gilmore, and The Wedding Singer. The Waterboy arguably isn’t quite as good (or at least, as memeworthy) as some other films in the actor’s oeuvre, but it’s arguably Sandler at his most gloriously unhinged. If you’ve ever enjoyed singing along to his nonsense tunes or quoting Happy Gilmore to your hapless friends and family, you’ll likely love his performance as village idiot turned football icon.
The ’90s Most Quirked-Up White Boy

Adam Sandler is predictably solid in The Waterboy: he knows his limits as an actor and, within those confines, knows how to make us laugh with a perfect mixture of physical comedy and stuttered punchlines. The real surprise of the movie, though, is just how many Hollywood greats joined the cast. Henry Winkler is great as the waterboy’s pseudo-father figure, and his more understated humor makes him a kind of straight man to Sandler’s wackiness. Meanwhile, Kathy Bates steals scenes from Sandler by embodying a very persistent (and often very accurate) Southern stereotype: the domineering, overly religious mother. Seriously, watching The Waterboy is worth it just for her scenes alone.
There are some other wild surprises in The Waterboy cast, including Clint Howard as an idiotic football fan. Needless to say, Rob Schneider appears, making the most of a running gag that would eventually become perfect meme fodder (him screaming “You can do it!”). Perhaps the most surprising revelation of the cast is just how good Fairuza Balk is as Sandler’s love interest. Channeling some of her manic pixie scream girl energy from The Craft, she is absolutely captivating as a bad girl with a criminal past. Honestly, Balk should have been one of the biggest stars of the ‘90s and early aughts, and she makes a relatively minor role into one of the most memorable performances of the entire film.
Stream Today? You Can Do It!

In terms of humor, The Waterboy is a throwback to a simpler time. A politically incorrect time, too, which is why this movie could never be made today. Adam Sandler’s Bobby Boucher makes Forrest Gump look like a Mensa candidate, and the fact that we’re basically laughing at a special needs kid is admittedly a bit uncomfortable. If you can get past the somewhat offensive nature of the jokes, though, there’s a lot to love about The Waterboy. Bobby isn’t exactly a brain trust, but he’s effortlessly charming and innocently charismatic. Throw in some well-written gags, great physical humor, and a surprisingly smart script, and you’ve got a ‘90s comedy classic worth revisiting.
Ready to kick back with one of the raunchiest, funniest, and most influential comedies of yesteryear? You can currently stream The Waterboy for free on Tubi. Remember that with a movie his dumb, you should probably go ahead and pour yourself a drink before you grab the remote. Will it be a beer or a spirit? In honor of Bobby Boucher, there’s only one real option: a tall glass of high-quality H2O!

New Leaked Trailer Reveals Major Spoilers For Spider-Man: Brand New Day
By Chris Snellgrove
| Published

For the cast and crew of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it’s something of a running joke that Spider-Man actor Tom Holland is terrible at keeping secrets. Because of this, everyone used to be reportedly cautious about what they told the actor for fear that he might blurt something out at the worst possible time. In recent years, Holland has seemingly gotten better about keeping secrets under his cowl, and his thwips (er, lips) are usually sealed about Marvel spoilers. Unfortunately, that doesn’t really matter when someone else is doing the spoiling. Case in point: the latest trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day just got leaked online!
Originally, this trailer was supposed to release on June 17th, so getting to see it (albeit in crappy, low-resolution) over a week early is a pretty big deal. This trailer is also notable for going beyond hype and revealing some major plot points about the movie, some of which have huge ramifications for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. We’ve got a full breakdown, but don’t forget that this is going to be full of spoilers from beginning to end. If you’d rather be completely surprised when the film comes out, be sure to avert your eyes. As for the rest of you true believers, keep reading to discover every juicy new secret about Spider-Man: Brand New Day!
What’s Next For Spider-Man?

What happens in the leaked trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day? It starts out with Spider-Man fighting some Hand ninjas inside a prison. Perhaps what is most notable about this is that it reveals that a climactic moment in an earlier trailer was a bit of misdirection. Remember that wild shot of Spider-Man and the ninjas flying at each other hundreds of feet in the air? This leaked trailer confirms that this shot takes place inside a prison and not high above the streets of New York City.
Soon after this, we see that Spider-Man now has the kind of organic webbing made famous by the Sam Raimi trilogy of Spidey films. He talks to Bruce Banner about suppressing DNA, and Bruce confirms that he has suppressed his own thanks to a special device that keeps him from Hulking out. Afterward, the trailer speeds up, and we get plenty of action scenes, including Spider-Man fighting the Hulk. The Hulk (bigger than ever in his iconic Grey Hulk form) appears to be mind-controlled by Sadie Sink’s character; while she is not named in the trailer, some think this moment is proof that she will be playing Jean Grey.
How Spidey Got His Groove Back

There’s more action as well as some narration by the late, great Aunt May about (what else?) the relationship between power and responsibility. We get a glimpse of Spider-Man fighting ninjas with a kind of web tornado. Oh, and a really adorable scene of Spider-Man carrying Mary Jane (who still doesn’t know who he is) out of danger, just like before. There’s some major peril, with what looks like a building falling down on Spider-Man. But the leaked trailer ends with a fun, comedic moment in which Spider-Man is about to fight a prison security guard; rather than jump right to the fisticuffs, though, our hero begins talking about how important stretching is.
While heads will likely roll that it got leaked so early, this trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day has successfully gotten fans hyped for the movie. Everyone is eager to see Grey Hulk onscreen and even more eager to see him throw down with everyone’s favorite web-head. Plus, while Sadie Sink’s identity hasn’t been officially confirmed, her apparent use of telepathic powers has X-Men fans convinced she’s the new Jean Grey. Throw in some quirky comedy and exciting action scenes with fan-favorite characters like Punisher, and this looks like one movie Marvel fans won’t want to miss. It may drop earlier after the leak, but otherwise, the trailer will be officially released on June 17. Meanwhile, Spider-Man: Brand New Day will swing its way into theaters on July 31.

10 Must-Watch Shows After You Finish Prime Video’s ‘Spider-Noir’
For folks who have already finished binging through the Marvel and Prime Video collaboration that is Spider-Noir, we have some good news for you. While there may not be another show out there quite like the adventures of Nicolas Cage‘s web-slinging super-sleuth, there are other superhero, noir, and detective stories out there that echo many of the same ideas, themes, or even visual cues. We’ve put together a list of some of the best like-minded programs that you ought to give a try once you finish up this new Amazon triumph.
No matter if you prefer black-in-white or vibrant color, we’ve got nearly a dozen different shows that might speak to your Spider-Noir sensibilities. From uncompromising superhero adventures to detective dramas to period programs not unlike the aforementioned Depression-era drama, you’ll find plenty of great crime stories here to sink your teeth into. So, jump on in and prepare for your next case, because you won’t want to fall into “the big sleep” when watching these shows.
‘Perry Mason’ (1957–1966)
Based on the character created by Erle Stanley Gardner, Perry Mason is probably one of the first names that comes to mind when you think of early 20th century detective fiction. The original CBS program aired for nine seasons and 271 episodes, meaning that there’s more than enough material for viewers to binge through if you’re looking for something a bit more traditional. Raymond Burr played the title criminal defense lawyer, who always went above and beyond to solve whatever case he was working on.
Burr would go on to star in 30 more made-for-TV movies as the character, solidifying his definitive take years before the HBO series that hit TV screens in 2020. Of course, for something a bit more modern, you could watch the newer Perry Mason series, but be warned, it’s a TV-MA production, so it will trade the original’s subtleties for more explicit material. If you stick with the original, however, you’ll have more than enough great TV-sized detective fiction to pick and choose from.
‘Peter Gunn’ (1958–1961)
One of the few TV detective shows not to be based on a pre-existing character, Peter Gunn ran for three seasons and followed the title hero played by Craig Stevens. Created by Blake Edwards of The Pink Panther fame, the NBC-turned-ABC program was another LA-based piece of detective fiction that followed a well-dressed “private eye” as he rolls around the City of Angels looking for trouble. Okay, maybe not looking for trouble, but as a private detective, he may as well be.
Although not on our list of classic detective shows that no one remembers, Peter Gunn deserves an honorable mention for its impressive take on the genre that will no doubt entertain Spider-Noir fans. If you’re looking for even more beyond these 114 episodes, Edwards later directed a feature film starring Stevens simply titled Gunn. Years later, Edwards would revisit the material once more with a made-for-TV reboot film, but Stevens was no longer involved.
‘Jessica Jones’ (2015–2019)
For something a bit more Marvel-styled but still in line with the world of detective fiction, Jessica Jones may be just what the Spider ordered. A neo-noir in the style of an anti-superhero series, this Marvel/Netflix production was a part of the larger The Defenders saga, but it stood on its own as a New York-style mystery about another ex-hero-turned-PI who takes down those haunting her. Created by Melissa Rosenberg, this may be the perfect complementary piece to Spider-Noir.
Krysten Ritter is an inspired cast as the titular PI, who effortlessly turns a gritty detective drama into a psychological thriller that’s barely a superhero show at all. But don’t let that get you down if you’re expecting costumes and capes. Over its three seasons and 39 episodes (more if you include The Defenders), the show more than proves itself as a memorable Marvel outing. Unlike Spider-Noir, however, Jessica Jones is a TV-MA — so take that how you will.
‘The Penguin’ (2024)
Speaking of gritty, TV-MA comic book-inspired projects, spinning off from Matt Reeves‘ The Batman is HBO’s The Penguin. Now, admittedly, this is more of a crime drama than it is a detective thriller, but considering its ties to superhero stories and grounding in the criminal underworld, we thought it deserved at least a mention here. Although it only lasted a single eight-episode season, fans of the DC Comics that inspired it will likely go all-in on this Batman-adjacent gangster series.
The Penguin stars Colin Farrell as Oz Cobb, who has just now risen to greater heights in the eyes of Gotham City’s criminal underbelly. As Oz fights to secure his power, the looming threat of the GCPD and the Dark Knight (not to mention rivals to his own empire) push him to embrace his full villainous potential. It’s a bit of an opposite-side-of-the-coin from Spider-Noir, but there are plenty of great plot twists that keep the excitement going.
‘Philip Marlowe, Private Eye’ (1983–1986)
Considering that Nicolas Cage based his performance as Ben Reilly/the Spider off Humphrey Bogart in The Big Sleep, this wouldn’t be a complete list without Philip Marlowe, Private Eye. A bit of a lesser-known adaptation of Raymond Chandler‘s iconic detective, this two-season series brought to life several of the author’s noir tales with Powers Boothe front-and-center as Marlowe himself. Although it only lasted 11 episodes, that’s still longer than Spider-Noir‘s first season!
As HBO’s first long-form series, Philip Marlowe, Private Eye was something of an outlier on television when it first aired, but it still holds up quite well. As the character’s only television appearance, it’s one you won’t want to sleep on, especially with Boothe in the title role. It may not be one of the best Chandler movie adaptations, but it’s got plenty of style.
‘A Private Affair’ (2022)
For something a bit more out-of-the-box, give Prime Video’s other noir-style murder mystery series a try. A Spanish production, A Private Affair is an original 1940s period drama that follows the frustrated Marina Quiroga (Aura Garrido) after she witnesses a murder, determined to solve the case herself in spite of her police commissioner brother Arturo (Pablo Molinero). Along with the help of her butler, Hector (Jean Reno), Marina finds that tracking down a killer is more trouble than she could ever have imagined.
If you’re looking for a great crime mystery series to binge through, this eight-episode Prime Video drama may just be what you’re looking for. Although set a decade later than Spider-Noir (and in Spain rather than NYC), A Private Affair will be a quick watch for those who find themselves enraptured in the intrigue that murder mysteries present. While the series does offer an English dub, you’re better off watching with subtitles.
‘Agent Carter’ (2015–2016)
For another Marvel-sized period drama that takes a familiar character and tosses them into a new environment, give Agent Carter a try. Set years after Captain America: The First Avenger, the ABC series was an Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. prequel that gave Hayley Atwell new life as Agent Peggy Carter, now a Strategic Scientific Reserve (SSR) operative who battles enemies of America following World War II. Set in the immediate postwar-era, Marvel’s Agent Carter is a spy fiction series that deserved more airtime.
Spanning two seasons and 18 episodes, Agent Carter leans a bit more into the espionage elements than Spider-Noir, but both period Marvel shows certainly highlight heroes in the midst of investigations that take serious turns. While Marvel Studios has been working overtime to make “Captain Carter” happen (and they should stop), Agent Carter is a reminder that the character works best as a super-spy who battles the threats that Captain America and those like him leave behind. As one live-action superhero series most forget about, it deserves another look.
‘Sugar’ (2024–Present)
Somehow, Colin Farrell has made it onto this list twice, with Apple TV’s Sugar being a breakout hit in the neo-noir mystery space. This time following contemporary Los Angeles private eye John Sugar (Farrell), the series takes its hero on season-long investigations into modern problems that feel distinctly period despite the 21st century setting. Fans of Spider-Noir will love it.
Blending some sci-fi elements in with the neo-noir genre gives Sugar an edge on most like-minded programs, but it’s Farrell who is really at the center of the show’s success. Created by Mark Protosevich, the AppleTV series is about to enter its second season, making now the perfect time for newcomers to hop into the passenger’s seat. This one will be perfect for your next summer binge.
‘Spider-Man: The New Animated Series’ (2003)
We couldn’t highlight shows like Spider-Noir without offering viewers at least one Spider-Man show to choose from. While there are plenty of great Spidey programs out there, from the simply superb The Spectacular Spider-Man to the classic Spider-Man: The Animated Series, there’s one animated series in particular that fans of Spider-Noir may enjoy most — funny enough, it’s not Ultimate Spider-Man, which actually included the Spider-Man Noir character in a small Spider-Verse arc. No, we’re talking about MTV’s Spider-Man: The New Animated Series, which is a bit of a trip, but one certainly worth crawling walls for.
Meant to serve as a 3D animated continuation of Sam Raimi‘s first Spider-Man movie, Neil Patrick Harris voiced Peter Parker/Spider-Man as he and his friend attended Empire State University. While there, Spidey went up against some of his most heinous foes, and the series itself tackled some adult themes not often explored in cartoons made for younger viewers. Although the 13-episode series ended on a cliffhanger, it’s still a Spider-Man series that deserves some praise for its attempts to expand beyond the usual Marvel fare.
‘Batman: Caped Crusader’ (2024–Present)
No “shows like Spider-Noir” list could possibly be complete without some reference to Batman: Caped Crusader. Another Prime Video production, this DC Comics adaptation by Bruce Timm of Batman: The Animated Series fame took the Dark Knight back to the 1940s for a complete period makeover. The show delves into the noir genre as well as speculative pulp fiction that resembles some of Batman’s (Hamish Linklater) earliest comic book adventures.
While reception to Caped Crusader has been somewhat mixed, the concept itself is close enough to Spider-Noir that audiences will find a kindred spirit in this animated superhero series. With a 10-episode first season, the Batman program is set for a second season to premiere sometime later this year, so fans won’t have to wait too long for more. At the very least, some of Caped Crusader‘s best villains are fascinating re-imaginings of the Dark Knight’s greatest foes.

TooTurntTony’s Wild Double Life Exposed Amid Ex’s ‘Toxic’ Claims
Anthony Dawson, better known online as TooTurntTony, built a multimillion-dollar social media empire on viral chaos, backyard pranks, bikini-clad skits, and increasingly outrageous stunts. But behind the beer-chugging videos and duck-filled antics, new claims are painting a far more complicated picture of the influencer’s life off-camera.
The 31-year-old content creator, who boasts more than 21 million TikTok followers, is facing renewed scrutiny after details surfaced about an explicit OnlyFans account, legal troubles, and bombshell allegations from an ex-girlfriend who described their relationship as “super toxic.”

While Dawson’s public image largely revolves around over-the-top comedy skits and party-fueled content, the influencer has reportedly been operating a much more explicit business behind the scenes.
Since late 2023, Dawson has allegedly run an OnlyFans account where subscribers pay $25 a month for adult content that goes far beyond his family-friendly social media persona. According to reports, the content includes revealing photos, underwear modeling, and explicit videos involving women, a sharp contrast from the prank-heavy brand that helped turn Dawson into one of social media’s most recognizable personalities.
The Michigan native, who first gained traction creating videos about wetland conservation and duck ranching, later transformed his online fame into a lucrative business empire. The influencer has landed major brand deals with companies including Crocs, Celsius, Fireball Whisky, and Kraken Rum, launched his own hard iced tea brand, signed with talent agency CAA, and even has a horror movie, Skinwalker Island, reportedly in development.
Ex Describes Relationship As ‘Super Toxic’

Meanwhile, Dawson’s former girlfriend, Briana Armbruster, better known to fans as Ski Mask Girl, is opening up about their years-long relationship. Armbruster, who frequently appeared alongside Dawson in viral videos while concealing her identity beneath a ski mask, recently spoke candidly about the relationship on her podcast, “F-ck It, Mask Off.”
According to Armbruster, things quickly spiraled after she and Dawson met while she worked as a waitress in Michigan. She alleged Dawson encouraged her to wear revealing outfits for increasingly extreme comedy skits and described the dynamic as controlling.
Armbruster claimed the ski mask was not simply part of the brand, but a way to limit her visibility. “The point was to hide your face,” she said, alleging Dawson did not want her receiving “free clout.”
The influencer also described behind-the-scenes tension, claiming she often played the role of a loyal partner while Dawson partied with other women.
Dangerous Stunts Allegedly Came With Real Consequences

Armbruster also detailed several painful experiences while filming Dawson’s content. In one alleged stunt, she claimed Dawson spit beer, soup, and raw eggs into her mouth through the ski mask, later saying she contracted salmonella and spent an entire day sick.
Another prank reportedly became a breaking point in their relationship after a golf-themed stunt went painfully wrong. The controversies surrounding Dawson’s content extend beyond his ex’s claims.
Over the years, several stunts have reportedly left friends and family injured. In one video, Dawson’s mother, Lisa, broke her arm. His sister, Maria, allegedly became ill after being duct-taped to a wall, while an intern reportedly claimed he suffered two broken ribs after being shoved down an embankment during filming.
Even Dawson himself has not escaped injury, previously filming the aftermath of a serious knee injury in 2023.
TooTurntTony Faced Legal Trouble Over Shark Stunts

Dawson’s content has also landed him in legal trouble. In 2024, the influencer was reportedly banned from Daytona Beach after sharing footage of himself dragging a tiger shark from the water.
In a separate case, Dawson faced charges tied to the mishandling of a protected sandbar shark in Lee County, Florida. He later resolved the matter by paying $700 in fines and donating to a state wildlife fund.
At the time, Dawson called the ordeal “a learning experience.” “Don’t film dumb sh-t,” he told fans. “But if you have to, don’t post it.”
Psychologist Warns Viral Fame Could Be Catching Up To TooTurntTony

Psychologist Toby Ingham, author of “A Guilty Victim,” suggested Dawson’s increasingly chaotic public persona may reflect the darker side of influencer culture. “He’s living out a fantasy life encouraged by fans and by social media itself, but it’s not sustainable,” Ingham said. “What happens when you run out of fuel, when the balloon bursts, and you just fall to the ground? There’s no safety net for you.”
The psychologist described Dawson’s online image as a “shadow fantasy” built around excess, impulsivity, and spectacle. “He’s got this charismatic, funny, creative energy. But it’s without any anchor, without any kind of moral foundation,” Ingham said. “It’s just energy – like a firework going off. It could go anywhere, and it could harm anyone, but on the way, it’s spectacular.”
For now, Dawson continues posting content to millions of loyal fans. But between the ex-girlfriend allegations, legal troubles, and growing scrutiny surrounding his off-camera life, cracks may be beginning to show in the influencer’s carefully crafted TooTurntTony empire.

Lenny Hochstein Sued For Alleged Sexual Assault
“Real Housewives of Miami” star Lenny Hochstein is being sued by a Jane Doe who claimed that the famous plastic surgeon sexually assaulted her. The claims come weeks after Lenny’s ex-wife, Lisa Hochstein, and her boyfriend, Jody Glidden, were arrested and accused of intercepting Lenny’s private phone calls.

According to TMZ, an unnamed woman filed a lawsuit against Lenny Hochstein, accusing him of luring her to his Star Island mansion and later drugging and sexually assaulting her.
The lawsuit states that Doe was visiting Miami from London in May 2025 when she met Lenny at a club. Doe then claimed that Lenny invited her back to his home for an after party. However, when she arrived, there was no after party happening.
In the documents, Doe claimed Lenny hit on her incessantly and later gave her a pill to help her sleep, which she reportedly took because she trusted him.
Doe claimed that the pill made her black out, and when she woke up the next day, Lenny told her that they had sex even though she rejected his advances earlier in the day.
Elsewhere in the legal documents, Doe said that Lenny told her the pill he gave her was melatonin, but after researching, she concluded that it was actually Ambien.
Lenny Hochstein’s Ex-Wife, Lisa Hochstein, Was Arrested And Accused Of Intercepting His Phone Calls

The lawsuit comes two months after Lenny’s ex-wife, Lisa Hochstein, and her boyfriend, Jody Glidden, were arrested and accused of intercepting Lenny’s private phone calls.
According to The Blast, the “Real Housewives” star was charged with one count of interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications.
The original report claimed that Lisa “unlawfully and intentionally” intercepted Lenny’s phone calls between March 12 and March 31 of 2023.
The legal documents claimed that Lisa and Lenny allegedly planted a “listening device” in Lenny’s car in order to gain information about their contentious divorce battle.
Lisa’s representative initially responded to the accusations, saying, “There is no truth to that. It seems as if they are just trying to distract everyone with their lies. This court has already sided with Lisa on many of these issues, including the lies that are being presented by the woman who broke up their home and family.”
Lisa Hochstein Receives A Major Break In Her Case

Lisa and Glidden received a big break in their case in May 2026, per The Blast. The pair reached an agreement with prosecutors that would have all charges dropped later this year.
In order to move on from the matter, Lisa and Glidden are required to complete a pretrial diversion program offered by the state of Florida. It’s an alternative that’s offered to non-violent offenders without prior legal trouble.
The program is used to help give Florida community members that chance to “make significant changes in their lives so they can avoid further involvement with the criminal justice system.”
Lisa And Lenny Are ‘Trying’ To Co-Exist

Lisa and Lenny’s marital downfall was shown on season 5 of “RHOM.” According to Bravo’s Daily Dish, Lisa said that things between the pair had only gotten worse.
“Look, we’re just trying to coexist,” she said, adding that Lenny isn’t the “easiest guy to deal with” before saying she’s trying her best for her children.
On an episode of the “Two Ts In a Pod” podcast, Lisa added, “I don’t know if we will ever be friends … My goal is to just be a good co-parent with him because ultimately, that’s all I care about: the kids and their well-being.”
‘RHOM’ Is On Pause

The ongoing drama won’t be shown on Bravo any time soon due to the network putting “RHOM” on pause. TMZ reported on the news in March 2026, revealing a source confirmed the network decided to move forward with other shows.
This isn’t the first time “The Real Housewives of Miami” has gone on hiatus, either. After the first three seasons aired from 2011 to 2013, Bravo halted production on the series before NBC brought the show back for season 4 on Peacock. It was later moved to Bravo for season 6 and season 7.
