    She telling the truth. Last year I lost 65 lbs and only did cardio. I lost all my curves. So I gained about 25 lbs back to get my curves back and started lifting & kettlebells. I'm almost at my 1st goal weight.

    Even though I am waiting for the workout challenge, I have already started my workouts! I have been working out practically for the past 30 years…but lately dince I went back to school, I put on weight.
    Another girl in my class expressed she put on 12 pounds in school. Too much sitting around is the issue and eating unhealthily.

    I’m trying to recomp . It’s not easy but I know I can make this happen better than I’ve been. I could be lifting heavier and I could be eating more protein ! I will do better tho !!! I started walking and it slimmed me down so much but the belly still remained . I feel like sometimes in order to get that belly outta here I’m gonna have to slim down to a stick and then start over with lifting and progressing 😂 that belly is stubborn man!
