35 MIN TOTAL BODY TABATA TONING WORKOUT for Women | with Weights



Tone & strength from head to toe with this quick HIIT that only requires a set of dumbbells.

You’ll need a variety of dumbbells to complete this workout. I used a set of 5kg/11Lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level

How it’s done: Complete 2 Rounds of each circuit. 20 secs work/10 secs rest

2️⃣Curtsy Lunge to Hammer Curl
3️⃣Skier Swing to Press
4️⃣Predator Jacks

3️⃣Narrow Squat to Bentover Row
4️⃣Pausing High Knees

1️⃣Bridge Chest Press
2️⃣2 Point Tri KickBack (L) side
3️⃣2 Point Tri KickBack (R) side
4️⃣Pushup Plank Jack
